That's exactly what Biden did for exactly the same reasons, and it's the exact same virtue signaling Ranger referenced above.

But he's right. I have no problem with a qualified person being on the bench. But if you're a black woman wouldn't you rather be on the bench because you're qualified rather than your skin color?
