I actually think we're all thinking too hard though. Trump doesn't really come up with clever nicknames. He just adds a modifier that he wishes were true to the person's/organization's name (Crooked Hillary, Failing New York Times, Fat Rosie, etc.) and calls it a nickname.

So, if he were giving himself a nickname IRL, I suspect he'd go with HUNG DONALD and repeat it ad nauseum hoping that it stuck. But, if he were giving it to his enemy self, I think he'd go with DIRTY DON.
