Trump going on JRE

When the FBI identifies the 100 plus agents and CI's who were disguised as Trump supporters like your hero Ray Epps, I'll decide.
When Trump fires Wray it will be interesting to see if the new Director can get the records or if the records are destroyed. Maybe the new AG can some folks in the FBI to prosecute.

You have a problem with people being held accountable for their actions?? What would you wish for, that criminal acts be ignored? Will you accept lawfare when the sharp end of the spear is reversed?
Of course not, but I like letting the courts decide criminal acts. If there’s evidence of criminality, a jury will decide that one way or another. I suppose “lawfare” is in the eyes of the beholder.

Not really what we’re talking about, but I’ve always been disgusted by prosecutors who go forward with a prosecution after learning the person they charged couldn’t have committed the crime. Prosecutors that only care about winning, even if they know they’re trying to convict an innocent man.

Well, except Comey is the one who decided charges wouldn't be filed against Hillary.

How does that work? No grand jury. Nothing. Just Comey's decision.

This is what the mfkers dread. This is existential to them...
Cannot stress enough...
Their panic is palpable.
The bimbo who they lined up to smear PDJT is laughable.

Only morons think Ray Epps was a Fed or CI. They do NOT prosecute and convict Feds or CIs for doing their jobs. How can you not understand this fact? He was a MAGA and you MAGA shits have turned on your brother. It’s truly shameful.

What would the crime be. I’m serious, I do not understand this conspiracy theory at all. What are the basics?

It's long-standing DOJ policy not to make public announcements when closing investigations without prosecuting. Comey went off the reservation.
And he was punished by the DoJ for it, wasn't he?

Wasn't he? Hmmmm...... maybe not. He could operate with impunity and he knew it, because the DoJ was actively working against the Trump campaign and, later, his Presidency.

What?

What are you talking about? His public statement hurt Clinton, not Trump.
You can't be serious. Not charging Clinton got her off the hook so she could presumably beat Trump.

It's so obvious, even you should be able to see it.

The fact it didn't work doesn't change the fact that this was a class A coverup by the DoJ for the sole purpose of beating Trump.

Trump faces charges for possessing classified documents while Clinton is let go after destroying classified documents in her possesion. Trump's case isn't nearly as serious as Clinton willfully destroying classified documents.

His public statement damaged her. He was supposed to just quietly close the case and say nothing. Instead he basically publicly said that she was wrong and irresponsible, but not quite bad enough to justify charging her with a crime. In fact, about a week after he made the announcement, Trump began closing the gap in the polls. Within two weeks, they were virtually tied. Some of that was a convention bump for Trump, but the gap began narrowing several days before the convention began.

You are unbelievably stupid. Every email with classified information in them on HRC’s server was recovered. All 11 of them. It was negligence. Trump had 300 and he deliberately took them and illegally tried to keep them. You are a total hypocrite and a liar.

You're letting him move the goalposts. The question at hand was why Comey made the announcement and not someone else at Justice. The answer was that the DOJ doesn't make announcements like that, and Comey shouldn't have, either, but he unilaterally went out on his own and did it.

I’m not letting him, it’s what he does. Dbm is the dumbest poster ostensibly on my side of the aisle and DANC is the most prolific liar ostensibly on my side.

I find both super embarrassing.

Comey got hauled before Congress and was ripped up one side and down the other for not charging Clinton. At some point he pledged to let them know if anything new came to light. The whole issue then started to fade from view, until...

Comey, ever the Boy Scout, found out about the emails on Weiner's laptop, and he went public with that just a couple weeks before the election -- he'd promised he would -- and even though that was resolved in days, it brought the whole issue back to the forefront. If anything did Clinton in, that was it.

You think Clinton would’ve prevailed, but for that?

Maybe. All we can do is speculate.
