Why would he need to pardon his entire family? Unlike Trump's crime family and friends pardon extravaganza, it is only 1 family member in legal trouble.

In that case, any dem or dem relative is ALWAYS INNOCENT and anyone that says otherwise is deep state and on a political witch hunt. 2 can play that game hypocrite.
The notion that Biden or Trump would use Article Ii, Section 2 for their own or family benefit defies the generally held court opinions that the pardon clause is to serve the interests of the nation and not those of the president.
Having said that, welcome comment from the Cooler lawyer contingent about the purpose and historical use of Article II, Section 2.
