Personally I don't give much of a care about what other people do. My comment was to point out that dems always use phallic insults toward Republicans but the opposite doesn't happen. The second part was explaining why people are motivated to oppose transformation.

My college degree is in biology but I've taken Gen chem and organic. Just to give you some background.
I used to go on weed planting trips with my step dad and uncle staring at age 5. I was told we were planting "carrots" I figured it out around 12. My dad smoked it and his brother grew, smoked, and sold it. David, my dad's brother, got in trouble in the 90s for it.
In my experience, if you use something left in its natural state it is less detrimental. Nature has a way of controlling things. I mean, caffeine is technically a drug. Anything that interferes with GABA is a drug.
But when you start synthesizing, distilling, concentrating the addictive compounds of natural ingredients that's where you run in to problems.
The war on drugs is a failure and needs to stop. It's only gotten worse, people will do what people do, and it's just become a money grab for police. PDs use civil forfeiture to steal money.
