It starts with an understanding of why people of different political persuasions go into the law. You ask any Conservative why they went into the law and they will always tell you something to the effect of “I was always interested in law and find it noble and important to uphold the constitution and laws of the United States”. Straight forward enough.

You ask the same question to a Democrat practicing law and almost to a man they will tell you something like “To make a difference”, whatever the **** that means.

So when they get into their profession, Conservatives have firm footing. What does the law say? Rule/ prosecute accordingly…

The same is not true of Democrats. When your goal is as subjective as “To make a difference” you come up with the decision you think is right and then twist, contort and stretch the law to fit your means.

It’s how you get complete ****ing embarrassments like KBJ and Sotomayor. How you get vindictive, low life pieces of shit like Garland and deranged Jack Smith.

Affirmative actions morons like Letitia James, Fani Willis and Alvin Bragg. (You can put Sotomayor and KBJ in this bucket as well….. and Chutkan).

To these people, Trump is a threat to the country’s very existence, whatever must be done to stop him, will be.

The Federalist society does mediocre work trying to counter balance these whack jobs but it’s a losing battle. 82% of law students are Democrats, you can’t fight those numbers.

30 years from now, the American Judicial system, once the model for the world, will lay in complete tatters. And we will be able to thanks Democratic law grads who wipe their ass with the constitution on a daily basis.

This is the dumbest f*cking thing I've ever read.

God you suck.

You post shit generalizations that all Conservatives "will always tell you" this or that and all Democrats "to a man" will tell you this or that and top it off with absolutely racist generalizations that James, Willis and Bragg got where they are by being what you called "affirmative action morons."

Mods, you can delete this thread and ban the poster or admit to us all that you support his/her racism.

What a crock of shit. Where’s the evidence that supports your “findings?”

What about the people who go into law because they hope to make a shit-ton of money? Do they tend to be conservative or progressive? Share your extensive research on these weighty issues.

In answer to the question in the thread title, there are several Trump indictments because he’s corrupt and crooked to the core, he believes he’s above the law and that the rules don’t apply to him, and a lifetime of deceit, fraud and theft is finally catching up with him. Oh, and he took a huge dump on democracy after he lost the election, and continues to perpetuate the Big Lie.

To answer your question….( I stopped reading the other garbage)…Trump has so many indictments and criminal charges because he is old and has been committing crimes for a really long time. It’s really quite simple. I’m sure there’s more out there.

Farva can't be banned. He can only be laughed at.

When you get a chance to log off, go touch grass.

And then ask yourself why it is that you have to demand to silencing and banishment of people who disagree with you.

That is a problem you need to work on. You’d made a good progressive judge though.
I'm not demanding the silencing of and banishment of someone who merely disagrees with me.

I'm demanding the silencing and banishment of a racist poster, you, which you did not deny.

As you admit, the racism is your problem, not mine.
