Walker in Georgia

Your posts are emblematic of the Fetterman campaign. By all accounts Oz has been making a great effort to go out an meet the voters across PA and listen to their issues.

Fetterman, when he does speak, mumbles some unintelligible nonsense about crudite and mansions. There’s no meat on his bone.

Oz grew up in the Philly suburbs even though he grew up in Delaware and went to school in Philly, he’s a carpetbagger but that’s been true of members of the U.S. senate since this country was founded. Grow the hell up.

Interesting that you believe Fetterman “helped people” because he was a community activist and the mayor of an 1800 person town that saw crime rise and population drop during his tenure.

Apparently being a professor and a heart surgeon, and employing 1000’s isn’t “helping people” in your world because there’s a financial transaction involved.

Like I said from the outset you believe Fetterman = fake Poor = Noble and Oz = wealthy = bad. It’s an ignorant childish worldview but you’re an ignorant childish man.

You could have just saved us all time from reading that load of crap and just said "r good, d bad and I will make up whatever crap I can to reach that"

None of you all gave a rat's ass about Warnock's wife's allegations when the shoe was on the other foot either.
Must have been a helluva shoe (steel-toe work boot, maybe?) because the cops said her foot looked perfectly normal after Warnock supposedly ran over it with his car.

Stupid

you meant D good R bad

two way streets kill you

yada yada bada bing

ding dong ditch

A man believes what is consistent with his beliefs and calls the rest murder until his penis needs an abortion and they wants to divorce their dog over flora violations.

I am not talking about that one incident. Spartans laid out some of his issues for you up above.

This does go to my point though, you will focus on the one thing you think there is deniability on, sweep everything else under the rug, and hope that Warnock wins because of one thing: he is a vote for Democrats in the Senate at a time when every vote is absolutely needed. Period.

Warnock is not a political or legislative savant either. He represents a vote. A morally questionable private life vote.

For the uninitiated:

Howl, by Allen Ginsberg:

Do you like Mike Braun?

Warnock is touting his co-sponsorship with Mike Braun regarding railroad crossing legislation. Here's an article regarding the legislation:

He's also advertising his legislative support for Georgia peanut farmers . . . co-sponsored in conjunction with with Tommy Tuberville.

.

I don't know why you'd conclude Warnock represents a "morally questionable" vote, unless you're a one-issue voter. And you seem to be damned close to that.

Spartans pointed it out up above. Warnock's personal life would/could make him a morally questionable character who votes like a Democratic voter would want him to.

Braun is alright. He seems to be relatively even keeled. He doesn't embarrass me for the most part. Walker would.

And I am far more than a one issue voter. I am more passionate about certain things then others, but not one issue. Taking what you think is my "one issue" off the table, I still would not vote for the Democrats right now.

Because humans sometimes change their opinions on issues.
I figured I'd hear this argument. Walker's position on abortion is pure political expediency. When asked by a reporter whether he was in favor of any exceptions to a total ban on abortion - for the health or life of the mother - Walker said:

Right now I'm not.

Pure political expediency . . . .

Now do Hershel
That's the whole point Shooter, I will do it for you:

Apparent wife abuser
Abortions for my paramour and none for thee
Not particularly bright

Probably more. So if we can make a list for both of these guys that says they may be unsavory, what is left? Politics. Politically Walker is saying he will support the Republican agenda, so he is a better vote for the GOP leaning folks than Warnock.

Absolutely is. Just like Obama's position was on gay marriage back in the day. Politicians lie and it rains in Scotland, news at 6.

Edit to add: And if Walker votes like his mouth is moving as opposed to how he acted, then he is the better vote than Warnock for someone who has that as their position. The vote matters at the moment.

I wasn't making an argument. I was answering your question. It is shocking that a politician would lie to get votes

So your position is vote for the party no matter what . . . is that right? No voting for the candidate . . . .

BTW, are you contending Obama's change of position regarding gay marriage was anything like the hypocrisy we see in Walker's abortion talking the talk but failing to walk the walk?

Why would it matter?
People change. Some people were pro-abortion at 20 and anti at 22. In college, I was rapidly pro death penalty. Now I’m not. before I conclude that Walker is a hypocrite, I need actual factual information rather than pure political tripe. Then again, I’m here at the cooler. It’s like searching for green beans in a lake.

Word here in his hometown is that he will not run for Senate again & a run at Governor May be in the works. He is an outsider & has proposed legislation that only an outsider would, like term limits. For that alone I like him. Skeptical about a run for governor as that might limit his ability to influence the Midstates Corridor, of which he is a major sponsor & his business would benefit greatly from…

The lists are nowhere near the same in terms of length, severity, confirmation that the things happened, and clear indications of hypocrisy, dishonesty, and lack of required minimum intelligence.

I can make a list of bad things about a head cold and about cancer. It would not make them equal.

I'm not sweeping anything under the rug. The conduct of the camp counselors who reported to Warnock was reprehensible. I'm not aware of any credible evidence that supports the other allegations.

And I'm not a Democrat. I'm an independent who is anti-Trump and anti-2020 election deniers.

Walker is wholly unprincipled, reckless, irresponsible, prone to violence and utterly lacking in character. He is also, by his own admission, not very bright. He's uniquely unqualified for the United States Senate.

What part of a horrible human do you not understand. I don’t support his candidacy but you support Warnock.
I don't live in Georgia... I support neither one. I am capable, however, of observing and pointing out the absurd levels of hypocrisy in Walker supporters.

yet to hear any reason to not support Warnock that actually has some basis in facts and not just looney tune tall tales from the GOP.

Don't live in Georgia, so not like I'll be voting on the matter anyway.

But if it is a choice between Warnock and Walker, I don't think anyone should be questioned for voting against Walker and his laundry list of crap.

Give me a break the so called moral outrage all the lefties on here claim to have would be a mute point in he was a democrat. Guys like bowlmania would not blink an eye if Walker was a democrat they would be dead silent and they know it. They are just mad the gop has not folded and thrown Walker under the bus like they used to do 10 years ago. As I have said if liberals really cared about this kind of stuff they would never have let BIll Clinton off the hook for his dozens of affairs and possible rape but they did and had no issue with it. Fake moral outrage is pathetic.
My only outrage is that he appears to be a stone cold moron and will possibly be a US Senator.

It’s a disgrace that one of them will be a United States Senator.

Those who are inclined to support one or the other by voting for them or contributing to their campaign have a choice to make, A or B. In this case, one choice is merely blah while the other choice is ridiculously disastrous.

Imagine supporting someone so stupid as to make MTG and Boebert seem like Mensa members, and so dishonest as to make Trump seem like George Washington cutting down a cherry tree as a boy.
