The bill doesn’t specifically say tampons are to be put in BOYS bathrooms. It says tampons are to be put in ALL bathrooms that are used by menstruating students. That would obviously include boys bathrooms in districts in which kids are allowed to use the bathroom that correlates with their gender identity.
“The law, intended to make sure students of all income levels and gender identities have ready access to menstrual products, says school districts and charter schools must make menstrual products like tampons and pads available at no cost “to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12 according to a plan developed by the school district.”
That may be the case. Regardless, the school districts that responded to CNN said they did not put them in the boys' restrooms. The narrative that the MN/Walz' legislation requires them to do so is still a lie.
From what I can tell, the bill DOES require them to do that. They just haven’t been complying. Or that’s what they told CNN.

Why should he have to deny the rantings of mad men? He's the Governor, he's not the author of the bill. The Legislature passed it and he signed it. It was good legislation, it's right there in black and white for anyone to read, and rational people hailed it as groundbreaking...
Trump may love the poorly educated. But Walz is under no obligation to have to disprove the ridiculous nonsense they believe...
