Re the propaganda stuff, I disagree that Republicans/Trump are on anywhere near the level of the Democrats.

But I will say this: the Republican meme/GIF/short video humor blows the Dems away.

I asked my daughter about the furries at her school now that trump is back. She said I don’t know dad. I’m sure they won’t feel as safe with trump. I’m sure their parents voted for Kamala.

And I go well you guys have a safe space here at your school. And if trump wins again kids like that can always go to the electoral college instead of mizzou or somewhere. She just nodded.

So we’re back to Missouri State. I guess maybe university of central Florida or something

Laugh away. When you said it there was zero evidence it could be a landslide with the polls showing a likely Harris victory. Technically speaking it’s a Trump win, but it’s a stretch to call it a landslide. It was pretty close. Look at the Reagan wins to see what a landslide looks like. Also Nixon in ‘72.

Poll is the problem. SHouldn't believe them. Yes Reagan was a TRUE landslide. Nixon in 72 kept me out of Nam as a young Marine. I am enjoying the win but I still cannot figure out what Harris/Waltz offered that people liked besides hating the orange man.

I didn't like Harris/Walz because I'm not a Democrat. I simply feel Trump is unfit for the office, especially as Commander in Chief. I've explained why, but now it doesn't matter. He will be our President on 20 January 2025, and I hope for the best.

Actually those two years in the USMC got me 4 years of GI Bill where I returned to IU to finish my degree ... Only later to join and retire from the USN. Took early retirement after 14 years in squadrons and deployments on aircraft carriers. I did enjoy Veterans Day but I also know and remember ... many had/have it worse than I ever had.
