Walker in Georgia

'some places'? So if they're banned in one place, you can read it in another.

If you're claiming they're banned, they wouldn't be allowed to be read anywhere.

You are a mess.
Lol. Oh is that your definition. You’re a piece of work.

If you had to google any of them you don’t follow politics very closely. Former head of the Republican Party? Campaign mangers of presidential candidates? Ok then…lSpeaking of dumb, if you don’t know those people you probably shouldn’t be on a political forum.
I’m sorry but they’re not noteworthy. Schmidt was disowned by the McCain’s and the rest of the GOP shortly after 2008 because they pegged him as an opportunistic turd. The hosts of the view are well…… hosts of the view, watched by suicidal menopausal divorces and few else. Wtf is Rick Wilson? I’m supposed to know who that is? Michael Steele seems like a nice guy but he’s always been a squish. People were calling him a RINO in 2011 and it had nothing to do with Trump.

I know you sometimes see these people on the television, and because of that you think they’re somehow notable, but understand that in 2022, there are YouTube shows and podcasts that do multiples of the numbers of the shows these people appear on.

You compiled a list of daytime television and cable news losers who’s political careers were over before trump and will be over after trump. They are not notable.

Admit it was a stupid list and move on.

Stealing wrong word. Financial transactions he’s not disclosing. Proof? Only the FBI and Justice can tell us and they don’t seem to care about what whistleblowers say they have.

Absolutely ridiculous. Conservatives are the ones trying to dictate the way we live. From what books we can read, to who we can marry, to what we teach in schools, to what women do with their bodies. I just read an article about a bunch of conservatives trying to get a mural taken down in a school because there someone had a rainbow flag and other things they disagreed with. Talk about cancel culture. What a hypocritical post. Oh forgot, and some of them want to go after birth control. But live and let live, right?
OK so lets address point #1 about who is trying to dictate how we live.............My body my choice when you choose to have unprotected sex that results from two people creating a life . Don't you dare tell me what to do about it though. You bang the drum hardest to have everyone take a still long term unproven shot to deal with a virus that was turned loose on purpose and I will leave that there. You have been berating people on here about that. So its only a case of my body my choice if it is you? I am pretty sure nature made you safe on the one issue.

Talk about a hypocrite but we are all just fools in the universe of Zeke right? I got pushed in to the initial shot and haven't felt right since . My body my choice right? I have talked to others and have said same things but My body my choice right ? Isn't that what you drone on about? Its your body, don't have unprotected sex or for that matter have sex at all problem solved .If that is your attitude and I already know your first response so I'm not discussing rape. You can go throw that small percentage out right now. You are the biggest hypocrite on here but continually tell everyone else that doesn't conform to the universe of Zeke that they are hypocrites.

No. You want to know why? For the most part most of us just want to kind of be left to our own devices to live how we want to live. You included. You know who doesn't ascribe to that? Progressives. And right now, it isn't Dick Gephardt and Evan Bayh and/or people like you who are pushing the legislative narrative from the left. It is "Progressives". And modern "Progressives" are not capable of live and let live. You MUST be in lock step with them. The "Woke" movement, modern "Cancel Culture", these are currently of the left.

They are Russia and we are Ukraine. Any hostility going back that direction is deserved.
Looks like the hit pieces did not work. Worst case for Walker is it heads to a runoff.

U.S. Senate:

* Walker has narrowed the race by a point in one week.
* Warnock has not received above 46% in any recent InsiderAdvantage poll of the race.
* Walker increased his share of the African American vote by 8 points in one week.
* Warnock continues to have a large lead among women voters and Walker a substantial lead among men.
* Republican voters now unified behind Walker.

“I don’t see Warnock as an incumbent who is under 47% winning this on election day,” says Towery. “If Walker were to keep rising at his current pace it is conceivable he could win outright given the lift Kemp is giving Republicans, (Kemp leads Abrams 50% to 43%). The most likely result if Walker keeps rising is a runoff. Incumbents don’t win runoffs in Georgia.”

Governor:

* Kemp leads in every age demographic.
* Kemp has 66% of the white vote and 17% of the African American vote.
* Abrams has suddenly become a weight for the Warnock campaign which could have serious ramifications for the November vote.

Towery: “Absent an 11th hour political lightning strike, Kemp appears headed for a resounding re-election.”

Also, in InsiderAdvantage’s first survey in the Georgia lt. governor’s race:
Walker is not going to win outright on election day, so it's the best he can do not the worst. And Kemp won't be on the ballot on the runoff day to motivate lukewarm Walker voters to show up for a second time and vote for Walker like they will initially on election day. I'd say this is particularly true for Black voters who support Kemp about 6 or 7 points more than they do Walker.
Polls are polls. But with early vote numbers in GA double what they were in 2018 and very close to what they were in 2020 (all time voter turnout), I'd say that the claims that Dems are not motivated are far from accurate...

Unless all of these people voting early are somehow Pubs bucking the traditional GOP disdain for early voting?

Another thing to consider... Long lines = Democratic precincts. That's how all of these Southern Legislatures have plotted to discourage Dem voters, We saw it in 2020 specifically in GA, so long lines are an indicator of predominantly Dem voters in line...

No hon, it’s not. For example, marijuana is legal in Illinois. It is banned in Indiana. It’s not that difficult. Try harder.
You poor thing. We're talking about books, not marijuana.

Trump isn't on the ballot this year.
Nope just his minions who back his Big Lie and are scared to death to upset him or his cult. He very much is on the ballot.

I'm guessing this is not Chuck Barris (of Gong Show fame) so I have to ask you who this guy is? I've never heard of him prior to you posting here, so I'm going to have to ask you for links to Baris being "almost always right"? If you could include links with the dates so we can compare his predictions with results, that would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what those links are supposed to show? But they did lead to the 538 analysis that shows even Trafalgar and your other pet pollsters show a shift in that GA race after Herschel's abortion issues surfaced. The problem for Herschel and his best case scenario of getting to a runoff, is it gives him more time to say more stupid stuff or have more crazy issues from his past surface...

In Georgia Senate race, Warnock needs his 2020 coalition. But inflation, fatigue could keep them home

Mabinty Quarshie and Joey Garrison, USA TODAY
Fri, October 21, 2022 at 4:02 AM

JONESBORO, Ga. — Carl Cox. Jr., a 31-year-old software developer from Dallas, Ga., northwest of Atlanta, voted for Democrat Raphael Warnock in the 2020 special election to fill the remaining two years of a U.S. Senate seat. But this year, he's having trouble getting exited about Georgia's U.S. Senate race, in which Warnock is running for reelection to a full six-year term.
Cox pointed to the souring economy and his own "fatigue" with politics.
He called Warnock, a second-year senator, a "lesser of two evils" in his reelection campaign against Republican Herschel Walker. And he cited the senator's support for abortion rights, not legislative accomplishments, as the main reason he reluctantly backs Warnock.
"It's just more of, do I want to drag myself out of bed and do it at that moment?" Cox said of voting in the pivotal Georgia election that could decide control of the Senate. "I just haven't seen outcomes from Warnock as much as I would have liked to."

Not good news at all for dems!

Fetterman is the worst type of human. A leech who thinks he has a "right" to get money from people who actually work and earn to subsidize his feelz. He's EXACTLY the type of person we should not be sending to DC. Walker is mentally unfit. He shouldn't be a muni dogcatcher much less represent millions of people. But at this point neither matter. They are numbers. Numbers to a majority. So if you are a Dem who believes in Dem policies you MUST vote for fetterman. If you are a Pub you MUST vote for walker. You are voting to have a majority that will support your beliefs - not for either of these candidates. That's reality

I like footage of Manson when he used to go before the board.
Sir do you feel any remorse?
Yes. Yes I do. I’ve had a long time to think.
And do you feel you’ve been rehabilitated?
I do. It’s been a long road but I’m not that man anymore.
And do you have plans for the outside should you be released?
I do.
And what would those be?
I’d like to put a group together like I’ve done in the past and kill as many people as possible

Here's what a real attempt to ban a book looks like:

“Abigail Shrier’s book is a dangerous polemic with a goal of making people not trans,” Chase Strangio, the American Civil Liberties Union’s deputy director for transgender justice, tweeted Friday. “I think of all the times & ways I was told my transness wasn’t real & the daily toll it takes. We have to fight these ideas which are leading to the criminalization of trans life again.” Then: “Stopping the circulation of this book and these ideas is 100% a hill I will die on.

You read that right: Some in today’s ACLU favor book banning. Grace Lavery, a professor of English at the University of California, Berkeley, went further, tweeting: “I DO encourage followers to steal Abigail Shrier’s book and burn it on a pyre.”

This is where leftist extremism, encouraged by cowardly corporations, leads. The market—that is, readers—should determine what booksellers carry. My book was consistently No. 1 in several categories on Amazon based on sales. But the online giant, under pressure from extremists, refused to allow my publisher to advertise “Irreversible Damage” on the site."

Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp has a commanding, near 7-point lead in his rematch against Stacey Abrams, and Herschel Walker is on pace to flip the Senate seat held by Raphael Warnock to the GOP, according to the poll. The former University of Georgia and NFL great holds a 48.9-46.5 lead over Warnock, who was elected in a special election in January 2021.

Walker appears to have capitalized on a strong debate performance to put allegations he paid for a woman’s abortion, which he denies, behind him.

“When we, Insider Advantage, and Emerson polled Walker just after all the personal allegations had come out, but before the debate, Walker had only fallen behind by an average of 2.3%,” Trafalgar Group founder Robert Cahaly said. “After Herschel’s strong debate performance a well known group, Landmark released a poll having the race tied. Now we have Walker leading by 2.4%.”

And, amazingly, there is virtually no discussion about it from the duped, particularly one dupe who actually lives in Georgia.

Well, being in Georgia this week and part of next, the Warnock commercials you see are alternatingly hilarious and pathetic. It’s the lowest level of campaigning imaginable. He should be defeated based on the crassness of these commercials alone.

Kemp will roll Stacey Abrams.

And back home, Lyin’ Tim Ryan will lose to Vance. Ryan’s I’m a moderate veneer is collapsing.

About as pathetic as Walker's cheating on his wife and paying for multiple abortions while running as a pro life candidate.

I had wondered if post-modernism was going to intersect with biology and medicine. Obviously it has. I found this interesting. Per the author this has been coming for some time (since the late 80's) but the transgender movement latched onto post-modernism to provide the philosophical underpinnings. As with the author above, the primary concern appears to be teenage girls.

This:

"In this view, any response other than an affirmation of the child’s claim to be the opposite sex or “born in the wrong body” is understood as a denial of their human rights to have their “outer” body match their authentic “inner” self. The postmodern paradigm has brought about a concomitant shift in the classification of the patient from a child who suffers “gender dysphoria” to a child who is “transgender”."

Used to be science and medicine were off limits to post modernism. Those were objective truths (the scientific method ingrained in both anyway) and not relative.

But, here we are. While many might say post modernism is dying, I'd say it found a new host.

Yeah? This poll says otherwise: https://www.monmouth.edu/polling-institute/reports/monmouthpoll_ga_102622/

One thing's for sure. At minimum, Walker sure has a lot of women who tell falsehoods in his life. At minimum, he has a poor radar for women who aren't trustworthy. I say "at minimum" because this is assuming that Walker is telling the truth about the women telling lies. The alternative is that he's the one lying.
