Tax cuts can create more revenue because private businesses allocate capital better than governments. It leads to more growth. Tax receipts as a percentage of GDP also increased after the Trump tax cuts, so the increase in revenue wasn't just inflation. I'm not sure on budget cuts.

The general rule of thumb would seem to be if you intend to reply to something you quote (quote reply) your reply should have some relevance to what you quoted...Otherwise, it's undecipherable and makes no sense....

Do the words / actions of Trump and Vance about the residents actually qualify to a high enough level to be considered slander that would be actionable?

Slander is generally not a criminal offense - especially in Ohio. The criminal complaint filed against Trump and Vance is apparently for "disrupting public services, making false alarms, complicity, telecommunications harassment and aggravated menacing." There is no way either of them would be subject to arrest based on the citizen complaint here in Ohio. Hell, Vance lives in Ohio so he is subject to arrest at his home if an arrest warrant were issued. But, you don't get an arrest warrant simply because a citizen criminal complaint was filed.

I should also add that, should the Springfield police decide they want to arrest Vance, they should give me a call. I can escort them to Vance's house. I would post his address for them, but some journalist was suspended from X yesterday for posting Vance's address (as if half of Cincinnati doesn't already know where he lives).
