We were providing Security Cooperation assistance (military weapons, training and services) during Trump's administration. In fact, I've lauded the Trump administration for providing lethal assistance which the Obama administration would not do.We weren’t funding it under trump
Not in the amounts we are today. We’ve eclipsed the entire budget of Missouri 2x.We were providing Security Cooperation Assistance (military weapons, training and services) during Trump's administration. I personally find it relevant and think it’s something every congressman should know, let alone the President. What’s the objective? Who is winning? How will the funding help Ukraine? What provinces are they fighting in? Which are we we giving ground in? Which are we not? What areas does Russia currently control? Are just a few things I’d want to know if you wanted me to vote for funding. I would understand if the war just broke out, but it’s been almost 2 years. Maybe our government leaders need to be a little more curious. We agree on it not ending her campaign. We disagree about whether it's relevant. Do you think the President or Marshall knew the provinces, counties or whatever of France or Poland when we went to war against Germany? I don't, and I fail to see why it would be relevant if they did or not. Our military needed to know the terrain, the cities, etc., when we invaded the European continent, but provinces, counties, whatever, aren't relevant. They're irrelevant lines on a countries internal map.
By the way, I seriously doubt that Trump could have named a single one of Ukraine's provinces. He's demonstrated some real ignorance about a great deal of things that were actually important.
Well, of course. They weren't fighting a war at that time. We were hoping to strengthen them enough to deter war with Russia. We didn't achieve that goal, but without the assistance we provided Ukraine almost certainly would have fell to Russia. What was shown that what was provided in training and equipment made them much more than Russia could handle. Our national interests are definitely best served by helping Ukraine to hold and defeat Russia so that we don't have Russia directly on the borders of our NATO allies. Not in the amounts we are today. We’ve eclipsed the entire budget of Missouri 2x.
It's a safe bet that 90 percent of those in Congress couldn't name three provinces either. The objective is to prevent Ukraine from falling to Russia which would put Russia on the borders of NATO allies. If any of our allies are then attacked by Russia (Putin clearly has designs on reconstituting the Soviet Block) we are obligated by treaty to go to war to defend them. We don't want that.I personally find it relevant and think it’s something every congressman should know, let alone the President. What’s the objective? Who is winning? I have no idea about any of that and defer to your expertise. However at the level taxpayers are now funding it I don’t think it’s asking much for Haley to answer his question. Personally I don’t see the appeal in her. I bet the viv knewWell, of course. They weren't fighting a war at that time. We were hoping to strengthen them enough to deter war with Russia. Ramaswammy was claiming that she would send in the US military to fight in Ukraine, which I'm pretty sure she's never claimed she'd do. That's what she would have responded to. I honestly don't know if she did or not because I didn't watch it and I've only seen the selected clips here. Clips, incidentally, that were selected to look her look a little bad.I have no idea about any of that and defer to your expertise. I would have accepted an answer naming the region and etc. Any answer showing she was well versed or understood the situation to some degree. However, she said nothing and looked clueless. What provinces they're fighting in isn't something we think about. We think about the region, the natural defensive lines like rivers, and the cities. We know what areas Russian currently controls. We know where Ukraine is advancing and where Ukraine may be falling back. There are no fences around provinces, they're irrelevant.
"commander and chief"?I would have accepted an answer naming the region and etc. Any answer showing she was well versed or understood the situation to some degree. However, she said nothing and looked clueless.
You can have the last word because we’re not going to agree. I think our commander and chief should know what’s going on or be able to express some basic level understanding of the situation.
For a second I thought he was busting my balls for not using Chieftess.🤣 @snarlcakes he got ya
What’s funny is you wrote it and it didn’t look right but I couldn’t figure out if it was just me until bulk posted then it hit meFor a second I thought he was busting my balls for not using Chieftess.
I was excited. I saw a bulky notification and thought he liked my post. Nope, just pointing out an error. What’s funny is you wrote it and it didn’t look right but I couldn’t figure out if it was just me until bulk posted then it hit me

To be fair, I brought up Trump. Aloha just responded.Terminal TDS.
You have terminal TAS. It’s an extremely embarrassing condition.Terminal TDS.
Exactly. Thanks. To be fair, I brought up Trump. Aloha just responded.
Continents? Oceans? Doubt it.Aw if only being stupid was a career ender, we wouldn’t have been stuck with Trump for all these years. Anyone think Trump could name three?
The law should decide for the family? Wtf?

Yes, you shouldn’t be able to mutilate children. Just like you shouldn’t be able to molest children or beat children. Are you insane? The law should decide for the family? Wtf?
What is happening that supports your mutilation claim?Yes, you shouldn’t be able to mutilate children. Just like you shouldn’t be able to molest children or beat children. Are you insane?
Removing of children’s breast. What is happening that supports your mutilation claim?
Where an when is this happening at 12?Removing of children’s breast.
What's that got to do with the short clip of Haley on CBS?Removing of children’s breast.
You’re fine with it happening to children under the age of 18? Or is 12 your cutoff?Where a when is this happening at 12?
It was in response to courts question. What's that got to do with the short clip of Haley on CBS?
Did we watch a different clip? I didn't hear anything about surgery. It was in response to courts question.
Also, if this was such a big deal, why didn't you say something about it back in June? Why is this clip being used this way now?It was in response to courts question.
Thanks for asking your question. Puberty blockers should be against the law, as well. Also, I’m not scared of her. I don’t like her. I’m not voting for any candidate who is ok with or doesn’t condemn child mutilation and puberty blockers. I’d rather Democrats win every seat in government than vote for people who are ok with it. It’s a nonnegotiable.Did we watch a different clip? I didn't hear anything about surgery.
Where is breast removal happening, to who and how many? You’re fine with it happening to children under the age of 18? Or is 12 your cutoff?
It looks as if you are afraid of her. Thanks for asking your question. Puberty blockers should be against the law, as well. Also, I’m not scared of her. I don’t like her. And the only people who thinks it’s not complicated are people who don’t understand it.
No one is mutilating children. The GOP hyperbole train. Just like abortions after 9 months nonsense.Yes, you shouldn’t be able to mutilate children. Just like you shouldn’t be able to molest children or beat children. Are you insane?
Why don’t you mind your own business and let parents, along with doctors who actually understand the complicated process make the decisions. You feel like you know better? Shame on your self righteousness. The fact that you’d vote on something that you know so little about is tellingThanks for asking your question. Puberty blockers should be against the law, as well. Excellent! There should be no push back to bans on transition surgeries and puberty blockers for those under 18 then.No one is mutilating children.
