The problem is that she doesn't appear to have advocated for what you think she has. The question didn't have anything to do with surgery, as far as I can tell. You should see if you can find a link to the entire interview.
Science still supports this position. The vaccines protect all ages and should be taken advantage of.

Zeke and fellow peeps who object to laws banning surgeries or puberty blockers for minors: should the state stay out of a parental decision to send their child to conversion therapy? If a parent and a licensed Christian therapist/psychologist wanted to do this, would you let them? (I would not).
