The good result was Margot Robbie was blamed for the box office failures of Amsterdam and Babylon and now she is certified A list movie star who should be safe from criticism.

I assume the submission of documents containing fraudulent information is enough to violate the statutes.
As far as I can tell, "using them regularly in business" satisfies the statute, whatever that means.
Are there other r/e tycoons that have done the same things Trump has alleged to have done and also been charged? Or is Trump and the Trump Organization the only ones prosecuted under those statutes?
Not does the New York statute require a lender to conduct appraisals. The violation occurs when the borrower tries to cheat.
Do you need me to post yet another link to the court's ruling? If so, I'd be surprised -- accountants can normally find such things on their own if they try.
So, are you're telling us Trump submitted all your defense arguments to the New York judge that ruled against him? Didn't think so. Yet you blame the judge for failing to consider them? Sounds like it.
Trump had his own lawyers to submit his defenses. You can't help him now. I enjoy watching you try to explain why he is innocent, using your own personal crap arguments that he never submitted to the judge.
You're a lawyer. What is the term that is applied when a party's lawyer neglects to assert all pertinent defenses to the trial judge?
Maybe you should contact Trump and offer your services to help him sue his attorneys for failing to submit all these defenses you later thought of. If you're lucky, Trump might even pay you.

The trial begins today, so of course the court hasn't yet quantified the dollar amount to be paid. Nor have the Trump defendants appealed yet. So it's possible at the end of the day that the Trump defendants might get a result they accept.
Nonetheless you direct us to listen to a rant from two unknowns who parrot the Trumpers' standard talking points of big banks are victimless, the court system is "weaponized," the judge is "corrupt," etc. That's not very useful.
