Explain This Rand Paul/Abortion Ban Vote

If that's the way you see it Cat.
the "left wing" of the Dem party has no say in the party other than on social issues, which for the vast majority of Dems, is just being considerate of others.

only a very minor percent of Dems are crazy woke, or anti law enforcement.

the economic side of the party is a different story, as the DNC has been fully bought by Wall St.

and Wall St, who also owns the RNC, would still rather Pubs win elections than Dems, and do all they can to make sure Dems who win primaries are economic right wing Pubs in blue clothing. (like Biden, Clinton, Obama, etc).

the national DNC, Comcast/NBC, AT&T/CNN, are effectively now false flag operations.

Dems controlled the house and senate for over almost 40 yrs straight, by supporting the working/middle class.

they didn't forget how they did that, or abandon how they did, because it no longer was the winning strategy.

they did so because the DNC was taken over by Wall St, and winning no longer was the priority, nor was the working/middle class who they no longer served. (even if they still served them more than the Pubs).

economically, the difference between today's Dems and Pubs, is that only most Dems are totally beholden to Wall St and the moneyed interests, while with the Pubs, 100% are totally beholden to Wall St and big money. (like the representation here on the Cooler).

and on everything economic, there literally is no "liberal" or pro working class corporate media, nor can there be.

that "corporate" thing, will never allow it.

and ALL media being against you is a death knell to any candidate.

the national DNC, Comcast/NBC, and AT&T/CNN, burned down Bernie in both 16 and 20, like Sherman marching through Georgia. (and doing so in 16 led to Trump).

we have one party today, the Wall St Party.

the SUPREMES literally guaranteed that. not merely allowed it.

and it has over 60 votes in the senate, and always gets what it wants.

said Wall St party has a socially liberal and social conservative branch, which we now refer to as the DNC and RNC.

but Wall St still prefers Pubs win elections than Dems, as does everyone in the C suites at Comcast and AT&T. (and Disney and Google and Facebook and every other CORPORATE media.

there no longer is any privately controlled print or radio or tv, as once dominated those sectors. (with News Corp/Fox being closest to an exception).

it's all CORPORATE now, and all hedge fund controlled, so even "CORPORATE" isn't what it once was pre mega hedge funds..

it's not personal. (except to all those it tramples all over), it's just business.

being you couldn't and didn't dispute a thing i said, i'll assume that's how you see it as well.

easy to see something that way, when it obviously is that way.

fact is, we have 2 great threats to govt acting in the best interests of the vast majority of the citizenry.

1), money buying govt.

2), the CORPORATE media becoming the ONLY media and in unison fighting to the death the best interests of the vast majority, when the best interests of the CORPORATE, including CORPORATE media, are counter to the best interests of said vast majority.

fact is, corporate media, like corporate everything, have billions/hundreds of billions/trillions, riding on the outcome of every major election.

ok, not every election. just the ones where Wall St doesn't already own both sides going in.

the corporate media never brings up just how much said corporate media financially has riding on the outcome of an election, even when said media has hundreds of billions riding on the outcome, and their advertiser base also has hundreds of billions riding on the outcome.

we see the conflict of interests to a politician that's receiving money from a corp donor.

we never realize, or factor in, the often huge conflict of interest to the media source itself, that can have hundreds of billions riding on the outcome of an election.

and that media source isn't about to point out or confess said conflict of interest.
