This will throw you for a loop... one of my best friends is my high school sweetheart that I dated for 5 years. We live in different states, but when she comes to town to visit family, we'll grab lunch and catch up, usually just the two of us, and my wife is 100% okay with it because she trusts me and knows I'd never do anything in that way with another woman (I'd be sleeping with the fish if I did and she found out, that woman is not to be messed with).

No, I am an actual baptist pastor. Your point about the age of getting married is a good one. A lot of people choose just to not get married at all because they have become jaded on the idea of marriage. I don't think waiting to get married helps marriages as far as getting successful ones. If you have 10 relationships with other women before you get married late then how does that exactly help you? What I have seen is by the time people get married later is that they are bruised and beaten relationship wise. They have lots of problems relating in a healthy way because those 10 relationships ended for a variety of reasons and usually they are not pretty.
