Supremes will hear immunity case

So the Court will hear arguments on whether or not Trump has immunity for his election fraud and Jan 6 related actions. The Kommie talking heads and Judge Luttig seem to think that there are one or more Justices who think Trump's laughable position is worthy of a hearing, and that's why they didn't simply refuse to take it up and let the lower court's ruling (that the case was laughable) stand.
