Can any of you smart coaches on this board explain Crean's offensive system?

I know there are some smart minds purusing this forum. If you have the time to comment, can you describe/define Crean's core offensive theory or strategy? Does he have one? Or what are some specific plays he seems to rely upon? What makes his system, assuming he has a system, better or worse than other systems?
