DANC: I noticed that you "liked" this post. What/how were you indoctrinated? Myself, the only indoctrination I had was hate/kill VC and NVA. Thankfully I was stationed in Germany and never had to find out if the indoctrination was effective.
Didn’t they essentially give life in prison to some proud boys or oath keepers who were the alleged “masterminds” of the “insurrection”. Those guys never stepped inside the Capitol either iirc.
Let’s not act like the Feds only went after those who entered the Capitol or as if that’s some sort of delineator. If they wanted to put Epps away for along time, they would’ve. But for whatever reason they went lighter on him. Only prosecuting him once the public pressure became too much.
I have to laugh at Aloha’s constant “CI’s don’t get prosecuted for doing their job” refrain. What exactly is the alternative? The FBI coming out and saying “you caught us, we tried to incite a riot among Trump supporters”

To say Epps didn't incite the riot is just laughable. He's on video actully doing it. Never-Trumpers want to put Trump in jail for inciting J6, but give a pass to Epps for clearly telling people to go into the Capitol? It's clear the blinders are on.
I wasn't indoctrinated, no. I got out when my time was up (I assume you did, too).
I was also in Germany and never had a problem with wanting to kill an enemy. I'm glad I never had to. I did have trouble with believing all the bullshit that came down.

It's unbelievable. All the information about Epps is out there. It's a ****ing fact that CIs don't get prosecuted for doing their jobs. Link something that shows that they are. You can't. Epps got charged and convicted of an appropriate lower-level crime. Epps was a MAGA just like you and NO ONE said that he "didn't incite the riot." He did initially, BECAUSE he's a MAGA and NOT a CI. This Epps thing is one of the most illogical and moronic conspiracy theories ever shoved together.
Seriously, you think Ray Epps caused all these "peaceful protesters" to become "criminal rioters?" So dumb.

It’s entirely possible Epps is just another Trump supporter. I won’t stake out a claim either way. Kash seems to disagree however.

You don't need to wait to drop it. There isn't a chance in hell that he was a CI. Link any information about a CI getting convicted for doing his job. Again, you can't. Don't you think being a CI would have come up during Epps trial if he was a CI? It didn't, because he wasn't. He was convicted of the crime he committed as a normal MAGA idiot. At least he's expressed remorse.
If Kash actually believes Epps is a CI it's more than enough of a reason not to confirm the guy because it's a definite indicator that he's a moron.
He didn’t go to trial. Took a plea agreement down to a misdemeanor. 1 year probation. Never spent a day in jail.
So? That means exactly nothing. He was convicted of a crime. No CI is convicted for doing his job.
Don’t say “so?”. I was correcting you because your understanding of the Epps case was/ is wrong. Such a plea deal reinforces my view that Epps had a relationship with the Feds. It’s a show conviction with no actual consequences.
They only charged him after years of public outcry, while they scooped grannies up within months for wandering the halls.
You say Epps was “low on their priority list” Bullshit. Nonsense. You also believe the Shaman was released early, days after the video was released, for good behavior.
