He was charged, prosecuted and convicted at the appropriate time for his crime. Also, what do you not understand about CIs and Fed NEVER being prosecuted and convicted for doing their jobs? Epps was convicted because he was NOT a CI and he committed a crime. A relatively minor crime in comparison to most of the J6 criminals, but it was a crime.

Once the video came out of the QAnon Shaman being led around the Capitol by CP, he was released within a week about 1/3rd of the way through his original sentence. The Shaman’s lawyer said he was never even given the video. That’s a big no-no.
