Oh, hell yeah. If FBI agents encouraged, aided, or abetted the violence they should be held accountable. Their supervisors should be fired if they directed such actions.
I detest Cruz but if he can't get answers he and his senate allies should withhold funding the FBI.
DANC, I don't like horseshit from either side. (Well, OK I lean left so I admit I give Dems more leeway.) Press the the administration to force the FBI to answer unless LEGITIMATE undercover operations would be compromised.
The FBI is out of control. I used to think the conspiracy theorists were wacko nuts, but now I'm not so sure. Hell, half the people in the plot to kidnap Witmer were FBI agents. SNL did a skit about it, I think.
I admit I lean right - big surprise - but when you realize the FBI KNEW the Russian Collusion info was a hoax AND FROM THE CLINTON CAMPAIGN and STILL carried on an investigation for 2 1/2 years, what are people supposed to think?
I mean, wasn't it enough that Strojk and Comey, et al, were exposed as virulent anti-Trumpers and Strojk personally vowed to keep Trump from being President to his girlfriend, Lisa Page - FBI Attorney and advisor to fired (for lying) FBI Deputy Director Andy McCabe. I mean, WTF?
And for procedural crimes, Republicans are frog-marched at a public airport and at pre-dawn raids in front of a tipped-off CNN. Democrats like Sussman get a jury of Democrat contributors and personal acquaintances and Eric Holder is cited for Contempt of Congress, with NO charges filed.
At this point, I don't see any way the FBI can be considered anything but the enforcement arm of the Democrat Party. That may sound extreme, but imagine if the show were on the other foot.
That's why the 1/6 committee is such a farce - they aren't looking into the whole scenario - just going after Republicans and relying on 'he said she said' testimony. The entire circus should make any American who believes in real justice sick.
