Cite the state law he violated. There is none. The entire point of an NDA is to keep the issue private. If it were required to be disclosed no one would ever do them. Again, it's only a campaign expense if the only purpose for it was for the campaign. There are many reasons why someone like Trump would want an NDA.

I don’t know what they know. I know I can read a statement of facts and the relevant stats. So he falsified records which rises to a felony if the other crime involved and the other crime is set out in fed election laws and 17-152.
What will a jury do? Who knows? He won’t go to prison regardless.
So if he's convicted he didn't get a fair trial. Just like if he loses (again) in November, the election was stolen from him.
