Agree. Unless NC State comes out and drops 15 threes, this won't be a close game at all. Purdue will decimate them.

If PU’s competition has reached a level where they need Edey to play the entire game and score 40 for them to win - then things are about to get rough for them. NC State is a really good defensive team - better than PU. So far, nobody has stopped Smith from penetrating off of the high ball screen. Interested to see what the NC State guards can do. They are all strong, quick, and tough.

might give the Nod??? It isn’t close. The best part about watching NC state is right before the media TOs. Burns makes it down for offense about 1/2 the time. The camera just pans him out. It’s awesome.

So beating Edey down the court to play defense shouldn't be a problem.

Seriously, there's no reason for Burns to foul. Forget about defending Edey's shot, which is where most guys foul him. Burns can use his quick feet to beat Edey to where Zach wants to go. Then use his bulk to hold his ground.
