I never really thought about this before. But it dawns on me now that, if anybody would know how kickbacks to politicians work, it would be Donald Trump.

I suspect that's the reason he commuted Blagojevich and then fully pardoned him. What else would explain it? Trump has a building in Chicago. And I'm pretty sure it was either being built or permitted while Blago was governor. We already know that Blago was a crook who used his office to fill his projects.
