He's been the one keeping the fires burning during his "victory tour" (which in itself is unprecedented and a vulgar display of arrogance - end zone dance = poor winner), with the crowds still chanting their "lock her up" tripe. Not to mention acting like this country has two concurrent leaders by making tweets indicating (future) policy decisions.
