Well for the guy's who didn't immediately jump to the Portal, the ones we see know I have to wonder how much the decisions are being made based on the conversations with the new coaches and where they seem them fitting in with the scheme they plan to run. I would think we may see a few more portal announcements being made once the coaches finish up with their evaluations and discussions.

When do decisions start to be made from guys in portal?

Depends on how in demand the skill set is, how much tampering was done, if the player had a strong bias to go someplace (e.g., follow a coach), what the NIL offers are, if they are going to do visits before signing, etc. so highly variable.

I don’t buy that Bazelak was all that bad. He led the great game winning drive vs Illinois. And he battled for a lot of the year. His ass just got killed through the season and I think it spooked him.
