I disagree, mainly because it's not that he had no intention, and if I said that, I was wrong. But he didn't have any intention for putting in the work. He was used to saying things, and people jumped, or they got fired. That's not how government works, and he figured that out pretty quickly, but instead of making the adjustment, he decided to become a caricature of himself.
