Under the guise no OC would be lights out with 2 staring QB’s lost to injury and needing to rely on a true FR, behind a bottom of the NCAA rated offensive line…
Then maybe terms would have to be AD is willing to open check book for a $600K+ year proven OL coach we can poach from maybe an SEC school or any winning program that has shown an ability to recruit and develop NFL caliber lineman who are usually drafted not UDFA’s.
Then if offense still sucks, pack his bags and move to OC.
I’d rather have a proven DeBoer 2.0 myself, but the “trying to be fair” side of me can see this OL coached by Hiller has been awful and requires a medical staff to address the sitting duck QBs who have been pummeled behind this line last two years.
