A friend of mine in Tampa is still without power and has been for almost 24 hrs.

Yeah, a cousin in Tampa has a house full of water for the second time in 2 weeks. They were staying with his wife's sister's family in town, and it sounds like they got flooded this time.

Got to Ft. Lauderdale around 11:30 and stayed last night. Turns out we still have power at our condo in Bonita Springs so we are heading back there later today.

The winds in Ft. Lauderdale were fierce.

She lost one section of screen on the pool lanai. The power was off and on most of yesterday but it came back on around 4:30 this morning and has stayed on.

We lost 2 lanai panels over the pool. No other damage thankfully.

The man is half a step behind Biden in deteriorating. There are many videos of his word salads and amazing leaps of stream of consciousness, calling people the wrong names, or wrong genders. The more I look at our last three presidential election cycle candidates the more I favor randomly picking an American to be president.
