I believe it has more to do with the $105m number that Disney taxes itself.. not the $63m number that covers the bonds. Per this guy, that $105m goes away, and would have to be spread equitably across the entire county.

I don't think any of it happens anyway...as I read it.... these special districts can only be dissolved at the choice of the district itself. I'm sure this ends up tied in court for years. Or more likely it ends up getting washed away next January in the Legislature once the news cycle gets old.
