There is no case like that because it's not what the issue is. This guy was just insane. Learning to question and be critical of the system is not a bad practice. Being insane is though.

That’s not how corps work. CEOs have fiduciary responsibilities to the corporation. It will require regulations and/or market forces to change.

I believe they were revisiting settlemt involving the sacklers this month. Hopefully they’re fckd. Many/most of the other manufacturers and distributors have already settled and proceeds hitting states for treatment and abatement. Hopefully the states don’t piss it away like tobacco. The statutes with this money are certainly more restrictive so hopefully we’ll see better results
