This kind of corruption is much worse than “business”. It’s in givernment. It’s in politics. It’s how bills get passed, bureaucratic rules are made,, and how special interests are advanced. Does anybody think Biden paid FMV for his luxury Virgin Islands holiday? Does anybody wonder how the connection was made with the very wealthy owner of that property and what money , influence or other things of value changed hands? Does anybody believe that the press will look into this? Does anybody think Biden will report any of that as income? No. And it doesn’t need to happen. Sane members would hold a press conference stating that they have three goals: 1) reduce spending, 2) reduce the size and scope of gov, 3) then reduce our taxes. That’s our goal and we will devote all of our time to bringing same to fruition. We hope Dems will work with us

To the extent investigations occur they need to do so in the proper context. Not as a tv show. We are in a tit for tat loop that needs to stop. Policy should be at the forefront. Compromise. Decorum needs to return. Our gov is truly broken. And coh gets grief but he’s right on many fronts. 2,000 page bills that no one can conceivably read much less know what’s actually in them isn’t okay. The pay to play committee structure. So many things are broken. When that’s the backdrop of inflating the irs to chase down little guys, which is what’s going g to happen in reality, it makes a large swath of the population dislike gov and our reps. No campaign funds may be used for a candidate’s personal expenses except within 60 days of an election.

As for trump, I don't see him as relevant anymore. At one time I had hoped an outsider would have had an impact on DC but he failed at that. Much of it was his lack of skill in government and in surrounding himself with good people, and much of it was his lack of any sort of character.

Lol. Forgot about MLK Day. It was the worst at the house. Recruitment was over, hardest time of years for girls and they hadn’t partied since first of December. They hit the darties HARD that day. One year someone almost burned the house down and I had to corral all the hammered girls outside while fire and police came. They really used MLK Day off as a day of service, just as intended.
