Generally, I agree with your post. I think both major political parties, as we've known them for the last 50 years, are dead. They're morphing into something else - Democrats have morphed into supporting whoever pays them campaign funds whatever positions the payers might ask for, and the GOP ain't much different from that, except from whom they get their campaign funds is different - and the brand equity will carry their names forward into the future.
Regarding the above line in particular, I would say "Patience, grasshopper." It's early yet . . . the special grand jury has only just completed its work. Your insistence on a "criminal judgment" short circuits the criminal process here.
