He (and every other prospect) has a better chance improving their shot in the NBA than in college.

No! Improving your shot takes work and doesn’t make a bit of difference if it’s NBA or college. It takes putting in extra time shooting from behind the arc. The only thing you may improve on in the NBA is your shooting form.

But Archie continued to recruit to keep them signed. They are as much Archie's as they are Crean's

He just had to convince them not to leave. A little different than recruiting them. Archie wanted more than 5 scholarship players
