Look beyond yourself. Feign empathy, if necessary. Are you more concerned that you live in a truly accessible democracy, or that everyone meet your standard? Are you really that afraid of (the virtually non-existent) fraudulent voters or just feeling a little superior...bitter, perhaps, that someone might be empowered without working as hard as you? What's the downside for you with not adding needless extra steps to voting?

Democrats still blame Republicans for the "butterfly ballot" which was designed and approved entirely by Democrats. Democrats have a remarkable ability to blame anything and everything on republicans even when they have nothing at all to do with it.
