I started out in History, because it’s my favorite subject, with the idea of going straight on to law school. I was paying for college myself and half way through my first semester I knew this wasn’t a viable plan. I went to see one of the counselors and asked her which degree had the highest average starting salary out of IU and she said Quantitative Business Analysis. That’s why my undergrad degree is QBA. True story.
Exactly. I tried very hard to convince my daughter to get a business degree. My wife, who also has a business degree (same major as me in fact, but we didn’t know each other at IU), was all about “do what you want to do, sweetie.” She got a Communications degree which set us up with paying for her Masters degree just as I predicted. Dad’s don’t know crap - until we do.

Your son won’t need college. By the time he is ready for college Bitcoin will have taken over the world. He’s going to be a trust fund kid. Your job is to make sure he doesn’t end up like Hunter Biden. Good luck.
i changed his car seat to forward facing. every moment is white knuckled driving now. from him screaming WATCH OUT to taking off his shoes and throwing them at me. singing in the car is also strictly prohibited - tho he himself sings.

My granddaughter, when she barely started talking, said "Crazy drivers" when I had to slam on the brakes. I'm sure she heard her mom say the same thing.
I let my grandkids watch videos on my cell phone. They go into a trance and I never hear from them the rest of the ride.
