Trump made Pence VP because of penses evangelical base. Pence plays the honest God-fearing politician. I kind of doubt Trump is going to lash out at Pence because Trump doesn’t want to alloy his eangelical credibility.
Trump has Bannon to do his dirty work, with an assist from Boris. Very little doubt who was calling the shots here...

The WSJ Ed Board has weighed in, praising Pence for his devotion to the Constitution and reminding Republicans of Trump's electoral "prowess"... Three time loser...

"The conventional wisdom now is that Mr. Trump controls the Republican Party and can have the 2024 nomination if he wants it. But someone should remind voters that Mr. Trump ended as a three-time election loser. He mobilized Democrats against him in historic numbers to cost the GOP the House in 2018, then the White House in 2020 and finally the two Georgia Senate seats in 2021."

It is funny these leftist who write this stuff claim Trump is so easy to beat yet spend all of their time obsessing over him and talking about him. You would think they would want him to run in a heartbeat so they could beat him by 25% points yet all they do is obsess. It is really odd. As far as Pence he could have thrown it back to the house if he wanted so its a lie to say Pence could not have done anything. He could have but he choose not to.

When in doubt bring out the race card. Lol.

It is shameful that our opponents are using a Black History Month reading event for Georgia children as the impetus for a false political attack, and it is pitiful and predictable that our opponents continue to look for opportunities to distract from their failed records when it comes to protecting public health during the pandemic," the campaign's statement said.

I agree with the first part of your post, but Pence's job was to count the votes. There were no separate set of electors submitted. Trump listened to kooks, unfortunately. Unless there was hard proof, at the time, of major election fraud, the electors submitted by the states were valid.

That's not to say some major election fraud may not be uncovered in the future, but there's too short a time between the election and voting by electors to uncover anything.

Republicans will have a chance to impeach Biden and Harris next year. But whatever Pence did or didn't do is water under the bridge and Trump's not coming back as President until 2024. Fighting some internal Party battle isn't going to help achieve that.

BREAKING: Joe Biden’s job approval dips below 40 percent for first time in RealClearPolitics average of polls:

39.8% approve, 54.4% disapprove.

2022 will be a blood bath. What say you hickory.

FYI His Fraudlency Update

-Real Clear Politics Avg of Biden Approval falls below 40% for the first time. It's 39.8%.

-That includes numerous left-wing polls with heavy Dem skews, which means it's really bad for him. Lol.

But remember Trump has no shot in 2024. He's just terrible and very unpopular as we've been reminded by our neighborhood libs every day.

Yep and we are told we need to run Nikki Haley or Densantis because Trump cannot win. Yet every poll only shows Trump winning not Desantis or Haley. Trump is up by like 11 over Harris and Desantis only up by 1. Baris has Trump up six over Biden which is really like nine given the dems need to win the popular vote by over 3 points to win the electoral college. I have said it a million times this board does not represent actual real life but people seem to think it does because they hate Trump so eveyone must hate him. When you are in a bubble I guess you only see what you want to see. 80% of this board hating Trump is not real life or even close to it but in an echo chamber some think it is. I guess they feel safe with everyone agreeing with them all of the time.

The bottom line is despite what they will tell you the left is scared of him and know he is their stiffest competition. They would not keep pushing other candidates if he was going to be so easy to beat. They would welcome him running. As for the establishment typ GOP folks who say he cannot win they simply want a Romney type to run is as all because they like that type of politics.

As for hispanics they are coming to the GOP in droves. I think alot of bubble type dems will be shocked in November when they see the percentage of hispanics who vote GOP.

Baris bringing the 🔥 today. Pubs would be lucky to have 45 Senate seats without Trump today.

I attend an Evangelical church.

Most of the people I know from Church could care less about Pence.

Stereotype much?
That is what was reported in the media as why he picked pence. Go back and research articles from 2016.

Did anything happen since then?

Anything at all that may have changed the view of many, many Christians towards Pence?
Didn't Trump have some sort of conversion? I know he started talking about Christianity more.

Pence is a good man. He's just not going to be an inspiration to anyone - he's pretty bland. He was a perfect VP, imo. Didn't create any controversy and was pretty faithful to Trump, although his followers don't think so on Jan. 6.

I don't think Pence is a good man, at all.
He was continually involved in intrigues, often to the detriment of Trump's populist policies. He has been groomed since 2011 by the establishment, and would not support the party nominee for the US Senate seat in 2012, resulting in six years with the execrable Joe Donnelly.
Who did he not support in 2011? Was that the guy who stepped on his dick during the campaign?

He was political kryptonite. No one supported him

Thankfully, unlike the Democratic Party, the GOP does not choose the nominee. The Republican voters do.
I think the dems should bring Carville back and let him run campaigns.

Democrat strategist James Carville denigrated Americans who refuse coronavirus vaccines as “pieces of shit” that he wants to punch in the face during the latest episode of his podcast.

On the February 3 episode of Politics War Room with James Carville and Al Hunt, Carville and his co-host discussed the idea of banning unvaccinated

I never cared for him he was good buddies will paul ryan so I knew what he was. He was establishment through and through

You know it is bad for Biden when Even CNN cannot get him over 42%

·

CNN Biden Approval/Disapproval

Hispanics 51/48

Blacks 69/31

Women 45/54 -9!

Men 37/63

CNN1/10 - 2/6 1257

RV Biden Approval 42% Disapproval 57%

Men 63/37 disapprove but on this board probably 80/20 strongly approve. Talk about this board being out of whack with real life.

I noticed no politicians have been asking for Biden’s endorsement for 2022!

Name one Democratic candidate who is willing to run* and able to win the nomination who could beat Trump. Biden doesn’t count because he’s history.

*Sherrod Brown seems unwilling for example. I think he could crush Trump.
No one. Especially when it looks likely that the 2024 campaign will be all about inflation and illegal immigration which are very strong issues for Trump.

I was just listening to Baris he said iflation and immigration are the top two issues in his polling . His polling is showing hispanics shifts to Trump by like 20% points in some of the districts he has been polling. COVID is tied for third and dropping fast. He also said Mcconnell has a 6% strong approval rating from Republicans he is actually more liked by the dems. Not surprised the base does not like Mcconnell at all Baris was really laying into the GOP swamp establishment. Good stuff!

That is what the liz cheaney witch hunt is all about. They think they will be able to use 01/06 to keep Trump from running in 2024 somehow. Good luck with that Liz.

2024 is a lot further away than people think.

i think the landscape in 2024 could be very different from 2020, or even today.

covid could be in the rear view, or very relevant if not, who knows what Trump's situation will be, and someone not on the radar right now could emerge as the Dem nominee.

I suppose in theory there is still time for the Dems to turn it around for 2024 but they have a lot to turn around and it really would take a pivot to the center to make it happen. They clearly have no interest in a pivot right now but maybe after they lose the house and probably even the senate they will be forced to try and compromise. But I have my doubt they will do that they believe in the far left cause too much. I guess they can hope and pray the economy recovers on its own so they can take credit but their policies of regulation and strangleholds on things like oil and gas drilling sure will not help boost the economy. They certainly will not get tough on immigration so I guess it all comes down to the economy.

pivoting right economically is how the Dems lost having the house and senate virtually every term for many decades.

Wall St bought the DNC to push it as far right as it can on everything economic, and MSNBC has as it's primary reason for being, keeping economic progressives off the Dem prez ticket.

had the DNC, Comcast/MSNBC, and CNN, not fixed it for Hilary, then Biden, Bernie would have won the whole thing in 2016 and 2020, and Trump would be an afterthought.
