Im fine with it because it gives anti-Trumpers who are on the fence another reason to vote against him. The GOP lost by 7 Million votes in 2020, and they have to figure out a way to change the electorate and increase their base. This ain't going to do it...
We will see soon Mr. Cos. But I want to give you some forewarning. If Harris loses I’m gong to harass you to no end. I’m talking digging up old posts just to laugh at and expose you.

If Harris wins, I have never predicted as much, although I despise that outcome.

Close race buddy. Hold onto your pearls.

It plays with people who don’t have a stick up their ass. Further cements the GOP as the counter-culture, live and let live party.

Those that require fainting couches need not apply.

This is the first I've heard of this comedian. I'd guess I'm not alone. Right or wrong, the jokes he told as an invited guest at arguably one of Trump's biggest and high profile rallies are what he's forever going to be known for.

If he wasn't MAGA before, he damned well better lean into it now because MAGA folks are just about the only people who are going to pay to see and hear his comedy act.
I've heard of him. He has been around for a while. This isn't his first instance of getting in trouble for offensive racial humor. The campaign knew what they were getting.

That’s not comedy though. That’s how you become a jaded Stephen Colbert or Jon Stewart.

Hinchcliffe will continue to ridicule the right side of the aisle when there is material there. But he likes Trump and the ground making fun of leftists is more fertile right now.

Early voting in small town Indisna..

Wife and I voted this morning at the Courthouse in our small town...we live close. But on a county road.

Brief wait..ten minutes at most.

Lady working check in said that since they opened on October 8th, 7,000+ people had voted, amounting to more than 10% of the total county population...

And this is a bright red county...
Not sure why any of this is surprising, GOP voters are voting early everywhere. The problem for the GOP is that a majority of the people voting early for MAGA are people that voted on election day in 2020.The latest stat I saw was of new voters voting early 2/3 were Dems...

Exhibition vs Tennessee

The first thing I asked my dad during yesterday's game was, "Is Ballo fat?"

I'm not fat-shaming or anything (shout out to Big Baby Davis); rather, I'm simply saying he doesn't look all that agile or quick. Ballo will produce because of his size and strength (and Woody's interior-heavy offense), but I expect him to be the fourth option behind Reneau, MM, and Rice. Ware he is not.
That's the beauty of it: he's going to be a double-double machine, without taking many offensive shots or opportunities from others. And, he's going to screen for others and draw double teams to free them, plus control the paint and contest shots and rebound like a man.

I’m not even sure you could classify Hinchcliffe as part of “Trump’s base”.

I think he will vote for Trump this election, as I will, but I was open to any Republican other than Trump during the primary. Even blood soaked Haley.

I’m pretty familiar with his work and MAGA is not the right descriptor for him.

Oh, I agree. Feeding the narrative is a mistake.

I'm just saying that the narrative would be going ahead with or without it. That was my point about it already having started up before the rally even took place. Hillary's "Nazi" comment was made on Wednesday, I believe (as an example).
I think the 'Nazi' thing comes from other reports (reports of Trump wanting generals like Hitler's; Trump talking about sending the military after political opponents, etc), but yeah I agree that the Democrats aren't going to be giving Trump and/or his proxies the benefit of the doubt if there are sort of ambiguously fascist statements coming from team Trump a couple weeks out from the election.

After the game…..

Zach Carpenter lived that life by leaving his starting C role as a true freshman for UM when Harbaugh was on the hot seat and IU was off a great 2020 season, only to watch UM go to the playoffs and then win a title in the 2 years after leaving UM. He lucked out by going to Miami this offseason but depending how the end of the season works out, if IU were to make the playoffs......or win it all!?!?

It's just a turn of phrase. Point is, this guy appealed to part of Trump's base, and he was put on stage to do just that, and that part of Trump's base, frankly, can accurately be described as racist. But instead of talking about that, you get to talk about Dems and MSM because Clinton and Walz ran their mouths.

After all the years I am getting emotional.

Flew up for the game Saturday and it was a very emotional experience. We started with a short breakfast tailgate, then walked around Game Day, saw another HOOSIER win and finished with a two-hour tailgate to end the day. I'm 63 and I cannot count the number of games I've attended at MS; including the games when I was a student at IU. I cannot EVER remember a sellout crowd in which the opposing team did not make up at least 10% of the crowd. There were a few Wash fans but not many and the swirling towels and red out looked amazing. The noise level was awesome and I was told it was much less than the previous win against NEB. Longsuffering IU fans have waited a long time for a season like this one. Thank you to Coach Cig, staff, and players for giving us this amazing season. Keep it going HOOSIERS !!!

Can part of the Democratic base be described as racist?

Specifically those who regularly rail against “White men”?
