Look the government basically has two levers with the private sector....they can REGULATE and they can INCENTIVIZE.
If you want to bitch about the FDA regulations, at least you'll sound like you know what you are talking about even if your argument is dumb as hell (which is would be).
To stack onto your stupidity, this isn't an A to B issue. It's not like Abbott has pallets of formula that they can't deliver because of trucking shortages, or a bridge has collapsed or because the Texas governor ordered all trucks to pass more stringent REGULATIONS which caused a massive traffic jam and delay....or because a bunch of truckers decided to illegally blockaid the roads.
It's not that.

Just like the toilet paper shortage wasn't a government issue that they caused or they could fix, unless the government is the supplier like in communist countries.
