He didn't testify because that would open him up to cross exam. Same exact reason he dropped his $$ Million lawsuit against Michael Cohen as soon as Cohen's team requested that Trump be deposed under oath as part of the discovery process. He's a bully whose had everyting handed to him every step of his life, but has somehow convinced 70 million or so Americans (who should have more sense) that he's somehow one of them...
Speaking of Cohen here's an interesting interview with him since the verdict. I'd point out again that when he discusses DAs visiting him 6 yrs ago in prison as part of an ongoing investigation into this case, those were not Democrats. Trump, not Biden was potus, it wasn't Biden's DOJ (which didn't even exist) that was contacting Cohen to discuss the role Trump paid in the crimes Cohen was in prison for committing...

Trump didn't go after Hillary - Jeff Sessions and other non-MAGA Republicans would never want to piss of Democrats by using the kind of lawfare that's used against them. Hell, Hunter and Joe Biden are caught on Hunter's business calls after Joe said he knows nothing about Hunter's business - and Republicans do absolutely nothing.
It's frustrating and we'll keep going down this road until there's boiling over point. I don't know what it will look like, but I can imagine, and it won't be pretty.

Intent in his case was subjective. They were racing and cutting each other off. My cousin her daughter and best friends son also died in a road rage incident. Her husband caused it. He is now sitting in prison. His was plead to manslaughter and attempted murder. So he got attempted murder and manslaughter I believe. Attempted was for the road rage. Manslaughter was for his wife and daughter. Sad sad sad.

It's certainly unprecedented, although similar circumstances have occurred. Tim Durham (millionaire) was on federal pre-trial release of some sort. Had to get in line outside to check in with everyone else.
