US economy adds 353,000 jobs in January

That's not the point, is it?

Blaming the President (whoever it is) for economic changes (good or bad) is hardly ever fair. They put a target on Biden for bad things beyond his control but don't give credit to him when things improve. That had nothing to do with Trump.

It's too much to ask that people leave the President out of economy discussions but they should. There's little a President can do about it. Congress doesn't have much control over the economy, either.
Lmao other than being transformative and spending a shit ton on stimulus. Good grief

Would a kid teen like Alaska cruise?
What?

With glaciers crashing down into the water and big whales swimming threateningly alongside the boat, they'd love it. Then give them a card to play video games or gamble in the kid section and you'd have plenty of free time to look for 28-year-old schoolteachers that need your comfort.

Been leery of flying Southwest since they had all of those computer crashes and flight cancellations last winter. Loved them before that.
the customer service, which used to be stellar, has gone down for sure. I have to many points to walk away though. They got me for awhile.

He wrote, "biden F'd the younger generation and poor people. perpetual renters."

But you knew that.
Absolutely. You think they can afford houses now? Look at home prices before he got in office. And you think that was banks? Tell me how

Have you compared prices from 2020 to today? There’s consequences to lockdowns remote work and endless spending

Who is everybody? You got a mouse in your pocket?

And what are we seeing. Even your blind dumbass can find realtor.com
Your buddy Trump imposed at least one lockdown:

You obviously agree that Trump (and his lockstep Republican governor friends) should pay the consequences. You're coming around.

Let's face it.... when fuel prices are going up companies use that as an excuse to raise prices but when fuel prices drop they don't lower their prices.
I think some of the prices we’re seeing now were baked in 18 months ago. Again, I’m no economist but if a company could capture market share by reducing their profit margin from 22% to 18% and lock those customers in, well, they’d do it. I have to assume it’s not just grift or greed. Sure, some. But that’s already baked in as well.

Credit card debt is through the roof. Delinquencies aren’t……yet. People have a job and can pay bills. But prices are high because people are still paying them. Probably on credit.

Great.

Yeah. As I said gotta find one that meets your target, uh.... demographic.
We went on an 8 Day, 7 night Caribbean cruise when our eldest graduated highschool.
1. Older travellers from the Balkans = the worst
2. Towels placed on deck chairs at 6:00 a.m. hold pool lounge chairs indefinitely?
3. 8 days - NOPE!!!

Now I'll admit that to amuse myself I did collect the towels and put them in the towel drop off. Mayhem ensued. My wife finds the things that amuse me disturbing.

Oh.

So you're posing that the Democrats caused all those Republican governors (like 70% Red Indiana Holcomb) to impose lockdowns? Do we really need to list all the Red Republican states that imposed lockdowns? Didn't Florida have a lockdown too?

Your post sounds silly. Don't you agree?

Of course you can’t read. Extended lockdowns. Too long. Why do you think people moved to Florida? Now go. Let’s hear about banks

Thank you.

You just confirmed that you're blaming the "Dem virtue signaling nonsense" (snort) for causing the numerous Republican state governments to impose lockdowns.

Doesn't that seem silly when you step back and look at what you typed?

again you can't read. EXTENDED. locked down longer than necessary. just like the schools. red states locked down when it was novel and when they re-opened blue states stayed locked down. there was a mass migration to florida etc

Thank you.

so let's hear it. you think banks caused housing prices to explode. explain how.

Glaciers? What's that?

Rome is gross though. I want Amalfi coast, Santorini, etc. Our hotels that we honeymooned at in Greece are literally 2-3x what I paid ten years ago (I looked at the receipts).
If that's what you think about Rome you're not spending time in the right places. The area near the Vatican is safe and great, and Trastevere is quaint, safe and has some of the best food in the world.

With respect to the Amalfi Coast, take a train from Rome to Salerno, and use that as your launching point.

Santorini is great. We were there last summer. The town of Santorini (it's also the island name), built high on the cliffs, has good restaurants with amazing views, but don't miss Oia (pronounced ee' ah), with the famous blue-domed buildings. Nice people and a unique place in so many ways. Mykonos seems to get all the Greeks Isles buzz, but I think Santorini blows it away.

I'd prefer a clean one.

I'm sure you know this already but a carry-on is more than enough for a weekend in south Florida in May. Pack a couple of pairs of nice shorts, a few collared shirts, plenty of tees and gym shorts. Oh, and your thong.
oh yeah i lived down there for years and go down at least a handful of times a year. no worth ave tho. just going to miami literally to hook up with friends and see messi play. one of my old teammates works for inter miami and they're playing june 1

i've never really shopped at worth ave. my midwest introduction was when i grabbed three polos twenty years ago from the ralph lauren on worth and learned that purple label isn't the same thing as we got from dillards. but i do love going to the breakers for drinks etc.

there will never be a time i care about nor am moved by what's happening in other countries. we'er here with our own unique population, political system, and incredible advantages. people are drowning in debt. highest credit card debt on record. as we have an election approaching people need to ask what was in the wall street journal title. has biden made our lives better or harder. and the answer is unequivocally the latter for people answering truthfully. dem policies hurt this country. far left dem policies i should say. from crime to the economy to hte border. the election must be a referendum on the far left and they all need to go. biden, harris, etc.

$5T consumer credit debt? No big deal. Biden and dems will take care of it. What's another 5T to the national debt? Call it the PEDO Act...Pay Everyone's Debt Off.

Hot damn. Bitcoin must really be the currency of the future!

I have a young-adult son. Big soccer fan. He and two buds got tix for a match down there several months back, not knowing if they'd see Messi because he was battling through yet another injury. They lucked out. He played and my kid got some amazing pics.

See, murt. We'd get along if there was no politics involved. Since I'm being candid today, I'll tell you my gripe(s). You repeat yourself. Over and over. Yes, I post about Trump all the time but it's never the same thing. He constantly provides me with new material. You, though, with the "in spite of biden" thing. It's the same couple of sentences, 50 times, maybe more. It's like a cut and paste thing. Almost bot-like. Try this. Quote Old Joe. Post a video of him falling asleep. Provide some links. Mix it up a little.

Also, don't get so personal whenever someone disagrees with you. You took some really low shots around Christmas. Just ease up a little.

Have a good weekend.

That’s fantastic!!! Good for him. My buddy who works for them played for their old mls team and is super connected. So I’ve been to a number of their games. We walk around the field. Hang out in the locker room etc. Do anything we want basically. He said now with Messi there it’s completely different. Can’t do any of that. Super locked down now. It’s actually a bit of a complaint as the fans had total access and now it’s a whole new set up. But to be expected of course.

We stayed right next to Oia and if we go back, that’s the only place we’ll stay. Visiting Fira is fine, but this would be more R&R

Cruises are for the fat and lazy. Stupid gluttons with no desire for adventure or immersion.

It makes no difference if your floating slop festival purports to be one of the “nice ones”.

They somehow have smashed all vacation activities together into one experience and made them all mediocre. The gambling stinks, the food is inedible, the pools on board and the beaches in port are disgusting and often filled with tattooed trash. And perhaps worst of all, they have the temerity to offer shows on board. Like literal comedians and plays and shit with entertainers who are at the lowest point in their life.

Maybe with the possible exception of an Alaskan cruise. Even then. Get off your fat as and walk the glacier yourself instead of staring at it from a boat like a lemming.
