Top secret documents

what is that thing? where's the lease? what's he marking own if he is leasing a place. there's too many questions. we need answers. he might have been cracked up and $49k is the annual. $50gs a month is like a Biebs rental. We need more info. Glad Dakich is on it. Doocy uncovers. Dakich disseminates. Hold the line....

Do you care if Hunter was paying Joe $50,000 per month rent?
I have no idea what that form is, but am I the only one who noticed that it asked for his monthly rent at his current residence, and that it also stated he had already moved out of the address listed on his driver's license in Wilmington (presumably the Biden home)? In other words, am I the only one who noticed that the original tweet probably misinterpreted (or misrepresented) what they were posting?

For the simple: As far as I can tell, that form doesn't claim that Hunter paid Joe one red cent in rent.

Shouldn’t be hard to prove one way or the other. Has to be bank records showing if rent paid.

The Biden’s will string it out past the next election. They’re experts at that.

Maybe. I'm just saying people are getting all hard over a tweet that doesn't actually show what it purports to show. If we did this over some Don Jr. form, you'd be apoplectic about how we are jumping to conclusions and misrepresenting things because of TDS or something. So how is this not BDS?

That looks like an application for a rental property.

And if was marked owned, not leased. If he had a $50k/mo mortgage for a place in Wilmington, DE.... well that would be one outrageous house for that area.

He's so fkd up he probably put down his annual mortgage payments. This wouldn't be a very difficult thing to check out. I could probably dig it up in a few hours based upon the address listed

Hunter Biden f*cking up a standard application form would certainly scan.

To me this is more interesting than the classified info. None of those politicians are going down for that. In 2018, Hunter made around $498,000 from Burisma (see link). In 2018 he reported $49,910 in "rent" paid to his father for use of their home. Do the math and I have more questions about "10% to the big guy".

Hunter, Joe, Jill, and Joe's bro need a forensic audit.

See me and twenty above. The claim he reported rent to Joe appears to be made up.

You seem to be asking them to care about, and pay attention to, facts that do not reinforce their world view. Silly you.
When it comes to Joe and Hunter, I would love to be able to get to facts. There has been enough released to look into their financial relationship and dealings. I just want to have an actual investigation so we can figure out what is true.

Hunter was giving 10% to the big guy. I want him, under penalty of perjury, to tell us who the big guy is and why he would be getting 10% of his business deals. There is all sorts of smoke of corruption there and it would be nice if we spent even 25% of the time on this we spent talking about Russian Collusion (shown to be emphatically made up, which is why it shifted to "Russian Interference" which happens in every election.)

Well then provide some actual facts instead of the blatantly misleading crap you guys keep falling for.

You're wrong. Again. We know much of what he did. You, though, refuse to acknowledge it because you're in (the cult) so deep.

  • January 20, 2021 - Trump leaves office (thanks be to God) and heads to Mar-A-Lago.
  • May 2021 - The National Archives and Records Administration emails Trump's lawyers advising that two dozen boxes of original records were not turned over.
  • December 2021 - A Trump representative tells the National Archives that "they had located some records."
  • January 2022 - The National Archives retrieves 15 boxes of presidential records from Mar-A-Lago. The National Archives said they had "identified items marked as classified national security information, up to the level of Top Secret and including Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Program materials," and sought permission to notify the FBI.
  • February 2022 - The National Archives issues a statement that it is still searching for more of Trump's presidential records.
  • April 2022 - Sources confirm to Reuters that the Justice Department is investigating Trump's removal of official presidential records from the White House upon leaving office.
  • May 1, 2022 - Trump's lawyer Evan Corcoran seeks to delay disclosure to the FBI in two letters sent to the National Archives.
  • May 2022 - The Acting US Archivist rejects Trump's requested delay.
  • June 2022 - A Trump representative (whose name is redacted in the DOJ filing) asserts that a "diligent search" for White House records was conducted at Mar-A-Lago and that "any and all responsive documents accompany this certification."
  • August 8, 2022 - Federal agents execute a search warrant at Trump's Florida property, uncovering 13 boxes or containers with documents marked classified — "more than twice the amount produced June 3 in response to a grand jury subpoena."
  • September 2, 2022 - The FBI reveals in a court filing that it recovered more than 11,000 government documents and photographs during the August 8 search of Trump's estate, as well as 48 empty folders labeled as "classified." This was, of course, after Trump's lawyer previously advised that everything had already been produced.
  • October 2022 - In a letter dated October 1, 2022, the National Archives advises Congress that Team Trump still had not turned over all presidential records.
I don't expect a meaningful response from you. This is for clear-thinking readers who might be interested.
The timeline is especially damning for people who claim Trump is being treated worse than anyone else would be. NARA notified Trump in May 2021 that two dozen boxes of official documents were missing. Team Trump doesn't even respond until Dec 2021. No one on this board was aware of the situation, we weren't commenting on it. All Trump had to do was return the documents in good faith and there is no legal issue. Instead they try and play it cute and keep some of the documents for unknown reasons.

NARA inventories the docs, finds some that are classified and notes that some are still missing. At this point they first notify the FBI, but still there is no crossing of the Rubicon moment, and the only element Trump needs to avoid any legal ramifications is return the documents. Again Trump doesn't claim he declassified the docs, which would be stupid because the classification hasn't even been changed on the documents retrieved by NARA. What Aloha, Bing and others know which DANC is too stubborn to admit/realize is that if Trump had "declassified" documents as he LATER claimed, they'd have to be marked declassified in order to identify who was allowed to access them.

Again not a subject for discussion on this board at the time. Trump's dirty laundry was still hidden and all he had to do to keep himself out of trouble was to comply with his duty to return the documents. It's only the continual obstruction and attempts to subvert the law which landed Trump in hot water and resulted in the raid. It was all avoidable, except for Trump's own attempts to game the system and be Trump. The fact that no one on this board even knew about any of this prior to the raid, underscores the fact that the authorities bent over backwards to try and keep Trump out of legal jeopardy. It's just his ego and inflated self worth that causes him to repeatedly clumsily snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Or at least in this case keep his ass out of legal trouble...

Not sure why so many people feel the need to feed that narcissism and let him get away with it. Again we didn't spend months on here demanding Trump be punished for taking the docs- we weren't even aware of it. The problem most of us had was his refusal to return the documents and his cockamamy claims that they were somehow "his"...
OK...Look at the print on the boxes jeeez 😂😂😂😂😂

Are you trying to prove Goat's point? DBM posted a tweet that obviously was contradicted by the very "application" the twit presented as evidence in his tweet.

Now you post some sort of phony video that purports to show Biden tripping over boxes marked "classified" presumably on the trip to Davos where he's not going? So yeah if you're going to take issue with you guys posting fake nonsense you might want to try making a post that doesn't reinforce his point by posting fake nonsense...

It's confusing because it does say owned, as far as "current residence". He could've marked "leased" or family but didn't. It also lists a previous a address in DC which might have been for the $49,000 "rent". It's confusing, but it certainly doesn't point to some kind of "smoking gun" as far as Joe's taxes...

Stick to frat posts cosmo. Who gives a crap. Both sides are whacked. Classified What??? Everyone knows our biz. Joe's in office...China owns us.

The boxes and video were a joke cosmo. You think I care anymore? Were hijacked. Look at Cornpop and Trixie. Its a joke and the joke is on us the American people. If you think those two got "ELECTED" you're smokin crack! If I could compare this presidency I can't. I can compare it to a movie star. Buster Keaton. Its like a Buster Keaton movie 1000%.

Karma is a bitch. Dems twisting themselves into pretzels explaining why it’s so much less serious than Trump.

Nope, just trying to explain it to the people that can't comprehend the difference.

Mishandling documents - same

Cooperation with authorities in returning the documents - different.

That last point is why Trump had the feds at Mar-alago getting their stuff back and why he is in trouble with doj.

That clear enough for you?

How do we know Biden’s attorney who’s doing the search is returning the proper documents? DOJ did consider sending in FBI. Why didn’t they?

The rule for Dems Hillary and Big Guy, is they get to search their “stuff” and destroy what they don’t want us to see. Hillary deleted 33,000. Some day we will find out what The Big Guy destroyed.

Do you mean why is Biden being treated the same as Trump was initially? Trump and his attorneys were given closer to a year to return documents on their own. Trump's lawyers even gave testimony that all documents were returned. Then it was later found out that they were LYING. And yet you wonder why the DOJ might be a little more forceful with people that refuse to comply.

You're wanting to compare Biden's situation after 2 months of COOPERATING to 2 years of fighting with Trump, who has REFUSED TO COOPERATE.

Raided? Don’t dignify their horseshit talking points.

Lol. The POTUS has the ability to declassify virtually anything. Just the fact that he removed something from the White House while President is probably enough to declassify something. The VP has no constitutional authority to declassify anything whatsoever. You are clueless.
If you're going to rely on McClanahan (who DANC has specifically cited) for your claim that Trump as POTUS had the "ability to declassify" then you can't contradict him with your false claim regrading the VP having the same ability.

"The claim that Biden did not have the authority to declassify documents as vice president is “complete nonsense,” Kel McClanahan, executive director of National Security Counselors, a public-interest law firm, told USA TODAY in an email.

McClanahan, who also teaches at the George Washington University Law School, said that under a 2009 executive order signed by Obama, the vice president is included in a list of "original classification authorities," meaning Biden had the power declassify anything he classified."

I'd never say that Jake Tapper is some sort of genius. But when he grilled Comer on this issue he made Comer look like either the biggest hypocrite ever or a complete imbecile. And for some reason, some posters in this thread seem to want to gravitate to the Comer "position"?

It looks like some of us have prematurely recognized Paul for being the most hypocritical and Massie for being the most idiotic when it comes to kentucky politicos. Here, Comer seems to making a play for both titles in a single interview. Who would vote for this clown?

If you could read Tapper's mind, the look says I'm talking to an imbecile...

The DOJ had free reign of Mar a Lago, took 15 boxes, and told Trump to put a lock on the door, after Trump told them he'd help them with everything they needed. Trump put a lock on the door, as directed.

Trump's lawyers told the DOJ there were additional documents but Trump said they had been declassified. They were in discussions on those documents when the DOB issued a subpoena and, shortly thereafter, conducted a pred-dawn raid when Trump was gone.

Trump's lawyer asked if she could accompany the FBI and they said no. Contrast that with the treatment given Biden's lawyers.

The Trump raid was pure political Jan 6 bullshit, meant to sway the election and, hopefully for Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, and company, to find some documents linking Trump to a 1/6 conspiracy. And, of course, rumors of 'nuclear codes' were floated. Heard any rumors about the docs Biden has? Of course not.

This was all kabuki theater, and was working well - no word was leaked before the election and, particularly, before the Georgia Senate run-off - until word of the documents were finally leaked.

There is a huge difference between Trump and Biden - Trump had authority to declassify and Biden didn't. And that's the only difference.
