Yeah, he doesn't really run all that much in most games. In fact, he seems to get annoyed when he has to run. I've noticed that he seems to be whining a lot more of late. Maybe his legs are starting to yell at him.

To brag I really kept it together a long time. I could play open at 40. Quickness all of it. Stamina. I hit 45 and it was like on that day I aged 15 years all at once. Strangest thing. And it’s only gotten worse since
I turned 60 last week {gasp!} My resting heart rate this morning was 58. A couple weeks ago I hit 49 for my resting heart rate. And I still could stand to lose quite a bit of weight.
After the back injury (42) I felt like a baby giraffe looks. Very odd. But it was going long before that.

Damn! How the hell do you have a RHR that low with high blood pressure? I didn't think that was possible. (My blood pressure is typically around 115/78, without any meds.)
I have no idea. When i was in shape (haha, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck) my max HR would hit 185/190+ pretty easily (I didn't try to kill myself). And I definitely have meds now. So, either genetics or this:

i've started playing over 50 outdoor. wow is it bad. sad. guys who were legit ballers, i mean ballers, are nobodies now because technical ability means almost nothing. who can run the best/most dominates
