Good guys win 3-0. 10 points up on St Louis for Supporter’s Shield with only 9 games left.

Yah... One of the items in my bucket list is to visit all the 2nd Division grounds. The players can literally hear you fart

I was sales pitched by my daughter to go to Murrayfield with her next June for Taylor Swift...where we could also "walk over to Tynecastle for a game, and Mom said you can even go play some golf course called Saint Anderson or something." 😄

Murryfield? That's a rugby stadium.

Saint Anderson:rolleyes::rolleyes: she's not heard of the world famous St Johnson golf course?

If you are doing Scotland think of this roadtrip:

That is hilarious. We’ve talked about it before but their upbringing is just different. The greatest goal I’ve ever seen score was Barca vs arsenal. That iniesta could have the composure and read to know he had to chip a ball two feet off the ground to play it through is one of the greatest things I’ve seen in the game. In the meantime Stl city sc just slams it in the box (the mixer to the brain dead) hoping for a favorable bounce, deflection, hand ball F up. Anything.

Yeah...Murrayfield is where the Taylor Swift show is. I think she was google mapping where it was and saw Tynecastle/Hearts right across the street basically. Figured that would help in her sales pitch. :D

That road trip looks legit.

My local sports radio guy said on the radio the average age of an mls fan is 40. MLB is 57. No idea how they got the data but the guy who said it is truly the oracle of sports trivia and knowledge

I just love how he works the give and go by lifting it to his teammate. Expecting him to be able to play it. There’s still a dearth of technical play in the league. Acosta is quality
The pocket he passed the ball into was minuscule. Ball never gets there if he doesn’t lift it towards his teammate’s head.

That's why I appreciate pre-assist and assists more. I think it also shows a deeper appreciation of the game too. It's not just about goals or scorelines. 0-0 games can be very good/entertaining too. You can appreciate the setup, tactical approach, SWOT etc.

Most folks at this level or even at the Sunday league level can finish off shots like that.
But to flick the ball to the head and then cushion it onto his path is phenomenal.

They definitely practised that a lot on the training pitch.

Co-sign. But in mls it’s still always these foreigners. And Latino typically at that. The top American players are like that donkey morris. I can’t remember where he played. Somewhere west. Portland or ucla. Maybe Washington. Anyway the guy is a cone.

But it’s a cultural thing. There’s no I IN TEAM. Well as a result we don’t produce many players who can take people on. Or do the technical shit like acosta. We emphasize team play so much we just don’t get the technical quality. And as much as club has been a boon it detracts from playground play where kids hone those skills. In some ways we are our own worst enemy

Just spitballing, but I would guess $250+. Part of the problem will be that most of the tickets will go to season ticket holders, leaving few for everyone else.
if it is in fact stl vs cincy in the final i will come up with tix for you and your wingman
