Pro-lifers: Did you get all your pieces set?

We know the pro-life movement has spent years working on at least two things: electing activist state legislators and appointing sympathetic federal judges and justices. But I've heard several stories the past couple of days about people filing lawsuits in various states claiming restrictive abortion laws violate various provisions of their respective state constitutions. So, what's the ecology of the state courts? Did the pro-life movement put the same effort there they put into the federal judiciary?
