As a to the "academic nerds", would you include Nobel Laureates in that category? It certainly came up during a lunchtime discussion with Sir James Fraser Stoddart in Rome. Though he was at Northwestern and living in Chicago at least part time until moving to Hong Kong in 2017. His question was more of a comment, along the lines of "I don't regret moving out of any country that would elect Trump".

Trump is extremely anti alcohol/drugs. Always has been ever since his brother drank himself to death in his 30s. He's basically threatened to write the kids out of the will if they ever do any of that. Zeke is just doing what Dems do tell lies.

He is against alcohol and street drugs. People he has worked with have witnessed him taking Adderall. Here's one account. Oddly, Trump never sued him! Supposedly it settled his nerves over reading cue cards and helped him focus. Prescribed for ADHD, and I would not be surprised if some doc hasn't jotted that down as a trait. Sure, caffeine could probably do the trick for him, but Don can't handle Java, apparently! At least without adding Kool-Aid.

A friend of mine just came back from Switzerland, we were talking and he referred to them as communist, I told him I thought they were more socialist which prompted is there much of a difference? We talked about how unified the country seems, which he said if you had a country smaller than the state of Indiana and everyone looked and thought the same it wouldn't be hard to be unified.
