For those of you that are close to the program, I was wondering if there has been any feedback on the shape of the returning players. I was curious how they did with their individual workouts and possibly limited resources. Thanks

As far as I know, we are pretty healthy. Everyone was able to work out and stay in about as good a shape as possible. Workouts where different obviously and the emphasis coming back will be not to let little injuries get in the way. It's really hard to mimic camp workouts when you are trying to workout in someone's basement or on your own.For those of you that are close to the program, I was wondering if there has been any feedback on the shape of the returning players.
