I think you're misinterpreting his point. He is talking about the 8 Republican Senators who are fighting legislation to add anti-vax or mask protestors convicted of crimes on planes to the no-fly list. I don't like flying anyway, and the last thing I need to see on a flight is an abusive "protestor" yelling and picking fights with others and attempting to access the cockpit or open one of the pressurized doors...
Air travel is a privilege, NOT a right. Airlines and the FTA make the rules, and whether you are a BLM protestor or a Trump zealot, if you don't like the rules stay civil or stay home.
If <insert airline> wants to ban troublemakers from flying their airline, then more power to them. That would would make me more inclined to fly with them.

So do you freeze all that money? And who is at fault. The thugs looting? The BLM organizers who knew a likelihood existed for rioting yet continued to schedule protests/marches? Government should only be seizing property if it can demonstrate to a high standard of proof before a neutral arbiter that the property in question was used in furtherance of a crime, with the property owner's consent or knowledge.
NB: Freezing is not seizing. Just like an illegally parked car might be towed without trying to invalidate the owner's title, a government might have cause to temporarily restrict access to property or funds without attempting to seize ownership.
