Most pointless job?

I think they are the worst. This is a really stupid pet peeve I have but as you walk out of meijer (at least the one by my house) they wait until your bag is turned just walking passed them and they say thank you have a nice day. So I either have to turn around and say have a nice day to them or keep walking and I feel rude for ignoring them. I don't get why they can't say it right as the people leaving are in front of them.
Pull a Curb type moment and stop and ask them that.

Flagger at a road construction site. They could be replaced by a signal or bucket of sand. And they make like $25/hour. Crazy! Power companies pay $50/hour on weekends when they have to replace a pole. You just stand their with a stop/slow paddle.
I love it if the flagger is an old man because this is his best chance to keep working in his field since he probably can't bust up rock and asphalt anymore. But when it is a young woman I don't love it very much because I feel like she should be busting up the road like the old man did for years. If she can't bust up road etc she shouldn't be in the field because she is taking the job away from an older man who paid his dues.

God used me to save a marriage about six weeks ago. I also visited a woman in the hospital this morning. She and her husband were encouraged by my visit. I love what I do and God sees the value in it. Therefore I ain't to worried about what you think.

Did you impregnate the wife and let the husband think its his?

Yo, marriage-saver:

How do you know you saved it after only 6 weeks? The issues are normally more deeply ingrained than that.

I was going to vote for the second most worthless, which woud be Human Resourse Manager. But spewer of religious bullshit has it exponentially beat.

How does god tell you to do these things? Does he use the internet? Do you get a gold star when he sees value?

I once saw a guy kiss a tree because god told him to. I thought it was the LSD, but maybe I was missing something. Does god prefer windows or mac?

Does god not care about your poor grammar? Do your gold stars have better adhesive then the ones my first grade teacher gave me? Hers peeled off after a while.

You wouldn't understand if he tried to explain.

Yeah, but the money is good.....and tax free.
Actually for many preachers the money isn't good.
The ones like Olsteen who are making millions are very much in the minority. Id bet the majority of preachers in America are no where near 6 figures.

Actually, it's not. Pastors pay income tax like anyone else. The scam is when leaders of megachurches use church property for their personal enjoyment, but that same scam exists in for-profit companies, too.
Yeah was more of a joke with the megachurches and L Ron Hubbard types in mind. Saw an article yesterday talking about Scientology sponsored race cars back in the day. I sort of remember this:

Obviously what you do isn't pointless, and you've probably had more of a positive impact on people's lives than these idiots on here ever have. keep up the good work

Totally with you on human resource managers. And even more so due to a recent experience. Almost all are nothing but a PITA to both employers and employees.

I've never met one that wasn't a total twit. I got into it with one over ice cream. It was a 105 degree day. The office is air conditioned, the shop was not. This twit went and bought 5 gallons of ice cream for the office. Saying "we'll save what we don't eat" While all the fatties lined up waiting, I walked up, took the ice cream and bowls while this dumb bitch waddled behind me screaming "what are you doing" and took them to welding dept. where it was very much appreciated. I got wrote up. The dumb bitch bought ice cream for office staff and every line worker who came up there just stood and shook their heads. It pissed me off.

You have no idea what good or evil VPM has done as a pastor. You're just assuming he's had a positive impact because he's a pastor, which is just as dumb as people assuming he's had no positive impact because he's brainwashing people.

The use of the word, "ain't" is sometimes used for emphasis. I'm more upset I used the word,"to" instead of, "too". I will only answer your first question because your other questions are comments were silly. God has already told His church to do some things. For instance in the Great Commission in Matthew 28:16-20 says
16 But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. 18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 a]">[a]Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you b]">[b]always, even to the end of the age.”
So, the Church has general marching orders. Paul said in Galatians 6:9-10
Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.
In conclusion, the rule of thumb is to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem. In prayer we ask God to open our eyes to the hurting. Just this morning when I was visiting the couple I mentioned before the nurse said to me that she lost her husband six yrs ago. It was because I engaged her in conversation that she finally told me a complete stranger that her husband was gone. I doubt she tells this to very many people. I think I encouraged her too on my visit with the words I spoke. At least it was what I was trying to do.

The only thing we'll agree on outside of Crean being a dumbass...

Fluffer. That's gotta be near the bottom of the barrel right next to porn theater mop boy.

I beg to differ. The thread was most pointless job ever, not worst job ever. Because the job of a fluffer is hardly pointless. On the contrary, it's very, VERY necessary.

Without fluffers, Annabel Chong doesn't have sex with 250 men in "World's Largest Gang Bang". Same thing can be said when Jasmine St. Claire bested Chong's record later on that same year (1999) when she banged 300 dudes in "World's Largest Gang Bang II". Not possible without the services of fluffers on set.

And, of course, without those classics, which were both made possible by the tireless, insatiable services of fluffers, then there's no "World's Largest Gang Bang III - The Houston 620". As you could imagine, that one required a shit ton of fluffers, a whole bus full of 'em, in fact.

It's not a job I'd ever want, regardless of pay, that's for goddamn sure. Like I said, worst-job ever. However, as you can plainly tell, it's nowhere near the most pointless job

Bottom line, someone's gotta do it. The world needs fluffers.

I mean after all, them cocks ain't gonna fluff themselves.

I'm still not talking to you. Unless you promise to not vote for Trump or Dec. Whichever comes first. Well, if he actually gets elected, it will be 4 years.

Nah. The first time we lose a game to a 200+ team because JBJ calls his own number on an iso and puts up a buzzer-beating airball against three defenders, you will be BFFs again.

Man, I don't have JB hate like most of our fans. I've watched him play since his freshman year of HS, and he's not anything like what you have described above. He's still my favorite player on this team. If used correctly he could put up AA like numbers next year. I don't ever think he's a top tier pro talent or anything, but he has the chops to be an AA, but I doubt it happens under Crean. He should have went to a better program.

I'm not blaming JBJ. I'm saying he won't be used correctly. Same reason I don't hate on Troy. It's not Troy's fault he started running point and stopped cutting along the baseline. It's Crean's. Either Crean told him to do it, or Crean failed to correct him when he did it wrong. Crean's fault both ways. Same thing when JBJ inevitably does something stupid next year. I'll point the finger squarely at the coach. I was just using JBJ as a placeholder example, because if someone does take the last-second shot next year, it's probably going to be him.

I don't know. I think one of those assumptions is better than the other.

Yea, but you're an idiot. We've already established this earlier in the week. Please pay attention in the future.
