I am going to say personal trainer at a gym. That's got to be top 5, at least.

Walmart greeter?

you beat me to it.
I think they are the worst. This is a really stupid pet peeve I have but as you walk out of meijer (at least the one by my house) they wait until your bag is turned just walking passed them and they say thank you have a nice day. So I either have to turn around and say have a nice day to them or keep walking and I feel rude for ignoring them. I don't get why they can't say it right as the people leaving are in front of them.

I got stopped by a greeter yesterday on the way out. They thought I was stealing a bike.

Profiling...

In Oregon we can not pump our own gas, an attendant must do it for you. It's pretty pointless other than it's nice not to have to get out of the car during the rainy season.
I think NJ used to have same law. Not sure anymore.

Flagger at a road construction site. They could be replaced by a signal or bucket of sand. And they make like $25/hour. Crazy! Power companies pay $50/hour on weekends when they have to replace a pole. You just stand their with a stop/slow paddle.

Fluffer. That's gotta be near the bottom of the barrel right next to porn theater mop boy.

Slightly OT here, but it annoys the **** out of me when people put tip jars out that haven't earned a goddam thing.

I love tipping good service, but if you effing work at a self service yogurt store get that ****ing jar out of my face.

While your at it get off my lawn....

These kids don't know what it means to earn a penny.

Ya I'm not sure if NJ still does either. The state hides behind the guise of safety but its a way to give jobs to the semi-employable.

It was weird for me at first, but as I said it's a bit of a luxury not to have to get out into the rain. I'm ok with paying my few cents/gallon tax for the service. Having said that, it's an unnecessary job.

i picked up some dry-cleaning the other day, and the cc receipt that i signed had a line for a tip. It would be interesting to know how long i actually sat there and thought about it...b/c i went all cognitive dissonance....which happens frequently but just when people aren't waiting on me..........are we supposed to tip dry cleaning register ladies, has that always been a thing?

Don't tip them then. I never do, especially the credit card ones. I always look at them to see if they check and what their reaction is. I keep waiting for one to say something, but they never do.
