The guy in WI is in the middle of his TRIAL, and under the US judicial system is still presumed innocent because he has not yet been judged guilty or innocent by either a jury or a judge if he requested a no jury trial.
People use the term "trial" to describe the proceedings against Jones, but that is a misnomer. Alex Jones has already been found GUILTY (LIABLE) dating back to his actual trial in 2021. These are penalty trial proceedings, and he has no role, other than to answer questions which the jury takes into account to determine the punitive damages he must pay, because he has already been determined to be LIABLE.
This is from the court determination of Nov 16 2021, when the JUDGE found him liable...

Jones attempted to game the system. He thought he could play the Trump game and delay until it all went away. All the BS you post about not letting him "testify to the truth", is immaterial because he had that option during the ACTUAL TRIAL and refused to participate.
These current trials are similar to a criminal's sentencing hearing, where ultimately the judge and jury decide punishment because GUILT has already been determined. You don't seem to grasp that, but basically Jones has already been found GUILTY and is now at the total mercy of his VICTIMS, thru their lawyer and the judge and jury. He is no longer allowed any presumption of innocence. HE IS GUILTY, and has been since Nov 2021...
